Cons: No car available when I called to pick it up. Had to cancel reservation due to no car.

Cons: when i called the office i was directed to, i was told i was too far away to pick up! when i returned the vehicle, i was offered a ride! when i confirmed my reservation for a vehicle,i was unable to pick it up before the office closed, and when i called, i was told my reservation would be held for the following day. when i contacted the office the next day, my reservation had been dumped! i contacted another enterprise office, having asked for their phone number because, apparently, they could not make the call, and was given the wrong number! not long after explaining my situation to the 'other' office i received a call from the office i made the reservation with saying that they would have a car for me. when i got to the office, the car they offered to me over the phone was given to someone else! thats not the way to run a business, to my way of thinking!
