Pros: Horrible experience! They did not have the car type I reserved and sent me to the airport, rather than make the call for me. I went to the airport where promised me they could get a minivan but that I would have to pay a higher rate. "We'll honor your reservation, but you'll have to pay today's price instead of the price we agreed when you reserved the minivan."Cons: Actually having the car I reserved and then not trying to extort me for an unagreed price.

Cons: The pick up took two hours due to lack of proper vehicle. They tried to give me a car when I rented a truck. The truck I finally got did not have working windshield washer fluid sprayers which was a huge issue in snowy weather. Had to reach out window and pour water on windshield to keep visibility.

Unreliable, undependable and unacceptable serviceCons: Would never reccommend this site its unacceptable, unreliable and undependable. Went to pick up car at prescribed time . no car was available. No representative called to state there was a delay. I was later promised a pick up 6 hrs after original time that was later cancelled . no solution missed my cousins wedding. Really upseting i would give them negative stars if that was an option.

Pros: The upgrade wasn’t free but it was only 5 extra dollars for a TWO step upgrade to a very nice FORD SUV& my reservation was only for a midsize car!Cons: That it was only ONE employee working & like 5 people in line checking in.

Pros: Car was well priced based on daily rate. I was comfortable with that size car despite me not thinking I would.Cons: Rental Office: I had to probe to get direct answers to questions about cost (which never came, had to get the very simple answers from customer service). It ultimately felt like a chance to upsell instead of providing all options. Then was told I could not leave my car at the location by my contract agent. Upon leaving, I asked another agent, and without hesitation that agent informed me I could leave my car based on my short rental duration. Car: I appreciate the thorough inspection of the cars appearance, even taking pictures to ensure that the identifiable marks were caused before, smart. But there is more to a car than just what it looks like. The car had a "strong" smell upon entering, but it reached an entirely different level once the heat started blowing. It took 2 hrs with the window down to make it tolerable. I think they should always fumigate all vehicles before giving to the next renter. There was no window washing fluid. Window washing fluid isnt always necessary, but in the month of January with snow falling, it is imperative. I had to stop at gas stations periodically to use their squeegees. Contract: Fees and taxes almost equate to the value of the rental rate
