Absolutely terrible!!! Reserved a Enterprise car in Portland through u 2 months in advance. The day before flying they called by and said no car would be available. No other rental agency in Portland had cars. With no car dared not to fly out. Lost money paid on round trip air flights for two people! Shame on your company!

Nothing. Had to cancelI don’t understand why my reservation was made to an enterprise about 12 miles away (not easily accessible) when I specified the airport. I had to cancel and scramble to find other car rental services.

The van I was going to rent had a tiny dent in it. I simply did not want to be responsible for the dent so I pointed it out to the rental agent. They would not rent me the van with the small dent and chose to grab a different van from the lot which had recently been turned in and had me wait over 20 minutes while they “detailed” that van. I took that van, which was clearly detailed in a hurry, and found used napkins, grocery bags, crumbs, etc inside it. I’m a father of three and not super picky. But that’s Not exactly what one hopes to find in a rental vehicle, especially during COVID.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the line and other rude customers.I wish someone would have told me that they weren't open on Sundays. I had to take a picture of me dropping off the keys in case there was a dispute. I also don't like that the car is still my responsibility even after I drop it off at their lot.

I scheduled the pickup for 12 but that’s the time they closed so everything was incredibly rushed, causing us to miss an issue with the bumper that they then tried to charge us for that issue at drop off. Incredibly frustrating.

Car was great, clean and ready when reserved,Reserved online for 3 days, but was told at pick up that I had to pay for an extra day, since their office wasn’t open on the day I had reserved to return it. Nothing mentioned online when I booked it for 3 days.. that I couldn’t return it on the 3rd day. WTF? When I tried to get an explanation, was told, “sorry, you could have returned it after 2days if you wanted.” I needed it for 3, their lack of staffing, resulted in mandatory extra day rental for me and no notice until I picked it up.. really bad.
