Pros: Super quick service. Employee took time to explain all options. Must come here if you need a rental.

Pros: The Tahoe drive very smooth. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Price is good although they tried to sell the collision waiver hard.
The staff drop me off when returning the car. They save me an uber ride or trying to arrange a pick up after returning the rental. Would rent again at this place
Cons: Car has not been through a good clean job on the inside. Still has footprints on the inside step up. Has some crumps at the bottom of the cup holder

Reservation but no car avail
Cons: I made my reservation and when I checked to make sure my car was ready at 10am I was told no cars until around 4pm unless I wanted to take a 15 passenger van. I then made reservations thru Alamo and picked up my car around 11:30 am and it only had 800 miles on it. I was very pleased with Alamo but displeased with Enterprise. First time Enterprise did not have a car ready for me.
Pros: Told me they will call when one is available but never called.

Pros: The reservation was easy and convenient to make. When I got there, I was a little hesitant with the small car that I was given, but soon came to live the fact that the Toyota Prius has amazing gas mileage. I drove approximately 1600-1700 miles and only paid less than $60 for gas for the entire trip. The Huntington Beach location was very accommodating and helpful, and I really don't have any complaints!

Cons: Had to wait more than 30 mins to pick up ny vehicle, and I was charged an alternative location drop-off fee even though I was previously promised that it would be waived.

Pros: Anthony was awesome. Even though the store opened late due to an employee being sick, Anthony was more than accomodating throughout the rental car experience. He made sure that I got free gas too! Overall, great customer service and shout out to Anthony!
Cons: Store opened late. Rental was to be at 8 AM, but store opened at 8:30 AM.
Cons: I was given wrong information when I called the budget hotline or customer service line. I was told I can use a debit card because I am over 25 and didn't need a credit card. When I got there first of all they had no cars at all... this was before I knew I could not use my debit card. They said they had 2 cars left.... a pathfinder and jeep compass. The people next to me just rented the pathfinder and then was informed the compass was not even on the lot. The lady was super rude!!!!! I rented a small size car and asked her since there are none here can you call another rental place to see if they have any. Was told it is to close to closing time. The overall experience was AWFUL!!!!!!!! the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not leave with a car. I told the lady I have no problem getting a credit card..... again left without a car!!! It was overall a HORRIBLE experience..... I do not take this out on Budget in general but the place that is renting your cars..... needs to be checked out!!!!!
