Excellent conditioned car at 30% cheaper rate than
Pros: I got a Hyundai elantra which was ideal size . the boot easily accommodated my 2 large bags without a problem . the best part was the deal. The same car was showing at 124$ in the rentals site whereas I got it for $80. I could also compare the rates of other providers in the same website without any hassle.

Pros: everything else was good.
Cons: I made the reservation for the airport when I arrived they said it was not there but down town this was not a good experience sense I flew in there ?

Pros: Price I ultimately paid
Cons: I submitted to pick up the car at the airport. When I arrived, I was told that the pick up location was twenty minutes away and it cost me an additional $40 in taxi fees to arrive. I then had to pay additional money to return the car to the airport, which is what I selected in the first place.

Terrible experience
Pros: Good car. Clean. Great mpg
Cons: The pickup wasn't at the airport as I expected, so I had to take a cab to an off site location, then pay extra to drop off at the airport. All this cost me an extra $45!

Great rental
Pros: Inreceived a Yaris. It is definitely not a car I would pick for myself and extremely small but since it was just me driving around I thought it was perfect. Great gas mileage, easy ride, and got me where I needed to go.

Great experience
Pros: Got our rental fast and the worker was polite. The car was clean with a full tank of gas and minor ware and tare. T
Hertz was great when we called with questions both before and after pick up.
Cons: The location is oddly placed, we almost missed it.

The Team Was Amazing!
Pros: The gentleman who helped us was PERFECT! He picked us up when the scheduled drive was late, he made sure our car could be dropped off at a more convenient location to us and he was incredibly patient and informative.
Cons: The Altima had just been detailed so the driver seat was still damp. The seat was uncomfortable. It was as if there was a metal hanger in the seat. If we were traveling a long distance I would have needed a new car. No one like a wire hanger!
