Pros: I like the staff at this particular location.
Cons: The car I was assigned had poor gas mileage. Kia's are the worst cars around.

Helpful and Friendly
Pros: The car was perfect for what I needed. When checking in the woman helping me was amazing. She was friendly and when I told her where I was going and that I had no idea where anything was she brought out a map and circled things for me. She told me about the area and just was great overall.
Cons: I was worried about the car because on the second day it decided that it was going to take forever to start. I could hear it turning over but it wouldn't just come to life.

Inexcusable wait at pick up counter
Cons: I waited for over 30 minutes in line to pick up the car. I still had another 15 minutes to go when I noticed that all other car rental counters had no lines. I went to Alamo that had no line and rented a larger car for the same price.

Pros: One of the worst car rental experiences of our life
Cons: I returned the car with a full tank of gas and they charge me $13.95 for not having a receipt for the gas I had just purchased. Completely illogical. I will never rent from Dollar again.
Cons: The quoted price for the car doubled after insurance was added. Very unfair and poor value, I shall not be using Enterprise again.

Staff were all nice, but...
Cons: Pickup was a mess - couldn't get out of the lot the first time since the tablet system wasn't apparently working, so got it done on paper. then on drop-off they had no record of the car(!) Needless to say, way too much time was spent waiting for what used to be very simple. Never good when trying to catch a flight. Look at the title even "in null = in Detroit" - if that isn't poetry, I don't know what is.

Pros: Seamless transition between reservation counter to returning the car. The attitude of the employees was also excellent, helpful and attentive.

Issues Checking in and I think it could be cheaper
Pros: Car was clean. Staff was nice at both locations.
Cons: The pick up and drop off process was a little time consuming.
The car seemed a little expensive for what we got.

Car was very dirty upon initial pickup
Pros: Toyota Corolla is a good car and staff was friendly. Associate credited one day rental when I told him that car was dirty upon pickup.
Cons: Car was dirty and all windows had to be cleaned inside and out.

No cars when I showed up!
Cons: I showed up at Cleveland Airport for picking up my pre-booked car from Enterprise counter. The line was 10 people long with one agent struggling while other car rentals were all 1-2 people long lines with multiple agents.
While I and 9 others were patiently waiting for our turns, the agent took time to announce "Just so that you all know and not surprised when you get to the counter, we are out of cars and it may take 1-2 hours to get a car". Really? I quickly whipped out my phone, made a reservation on Avis.com and shifted to the much shorted Avis queue, got my car and was on my way! Thanks Avis!!! Enterprise, you suck!!
I thought I should cancel my Enterprise reservation just in case they still decide to charge me. There online system won't let me cancel and I had to call in while driving my Avis car and punch through a bunch of codes, talking to a few people before (I think) I successfully cancelled my Enterprise reservation.
Beware -- a reservation with Enterprise means nothing!!!

It's been better
Pros: Clean car. Fast drop off.
Cons: Short line for pickup but had to wait. I was third in line while a brand new guy checked people in. There were three other employees outside on break. Not horrible but it's been better in the past.
Pros: The vehicle was fine, but the fact that Hertz wasted an hour of my precious vacation time was inexcusable.
Cons: When we arrived to pick up our vehicle we had to wait over an hour until one was available. There were about 10 people in front of us also waiting for vehicles. We were not early - we arrived at the time we reserved (slightly later, in fact). As a result of this, we were late to our intended destination.

Cons: When I went to pick up my rental it took 90 minutes just to get the paperwork done for the rental. Then we decided to add a day to our trip and they wouldn't honor our rate and tried to charge is for a weekly rate that was $200 more then our original bill. Management came to speak with us and was not helpful in anyway. We eventually stood there so long trying to figure it out that we just cancelled our whole rental and went with someone else.

Pros: The price and the ease of dropoff.
Cons: The pickup. The Altima that they brought up looked great but they could not find it in their system. Took over 30 minutes of them trying to figure it out before they gave up and brought up an Nissan Rogue SUV which I didn't order but took so I could get out of there.
I did end up liking the Rogue but the experience at the counter was horrible
Pros: The process was great although I was a little concerned since I got the damage insurance through Kayak and Avis would not have that in their records - general concern since I've had rentals seem to accuse me of every problem with the car that wasn't identifiable on checkout.
Cons: Mileage (miles per gallon) was much lower than stated for the model (~20%)

Cons: 2nd time renting from Avis. Usually use Enterprise. Take like 15 minutes to pick up your car. 1st rental was ok baring the issue with picking the car up. This time the attendant again said she had a car in the bay and to give her 5 minutes. 15 minutes later she said she was upgrading me to a chevy impala. The vehicle had over 20 k miles, did not have the USB port I requested, had so many dings and scratches I had to take 10 pics to document. I decided that the vehicle was not worth the rate per the condition. I had made my reservation on Kayak 48 hours prev but the attendant said they had no other vehicle for me to rent. I ended up having to go to Enterprise and lucky they had a compact Fiat available... that was clean and only had 1k miles. Also Kayak.. the vendor that you contracted with for damage insurance charges for 2 day when the rental company charges you for 1 day... Kind of a racket.. Get a better vendor!
