Smooth tripPros:Very easy to make my reservation online (and cheaper this way), easy check in, no hidden "fine print," easy and convenient dropoff.Cons:I tried calling to get more information before I made my online reservation, and they did not answer the phone. Beware of surchargesCons:I was OVERCHARGED $467.39 instead of the $202.71 in my contract RR657234454 because I returned the car at SFO instead of OAK airports. THESE IS PREDATORY CHARGES. I would accept a $25 to $50 surcharge for the burden of driving the car 30 mins north, but this is abusive. I would not recommend any of my friends go through this painful service.Reviewed Feb 6 2017
