Drop off was straightforward. Pickup was another story. They seemed either short-staffed or some agents were not as efficient. My agent was not very friendly. The lied me. The agent sold me an upgrade that I didn't want. He didn't tell me anything about the upgrade, he just said that there was an error that would be solved when I return the car. Surprise: there wasn't any error and they regret to return the money because I signed the contract (that wasn't well explained). It's a scam. Don't rent a car here or in avis.Reviewed Oct 20 2022
