Car was great. Service at pick up desk was too pusPros:Once I was able to get past the pushy clerk, who kept trying to up sell me on the rental, the agents in the lot were efficient and friendly.Cons:Pushy desk clerk (Matt I think) kept trying to up sell me on upgrading my rental and adding unnecessary extras. Very efficient!Pros:The staff know what they're doing. They had me in and out for both pickup and dropoff in a matter of minutes. Also, the fee was exactly as expected. No hidden charges. Great service, uncomfortable car.Pros:Customer service at the airport was great, very helpful and friendly. They also moved us through pretty fast even though it was holiday travel week.Cons:The car wasn't comfortable. They were out of the type of car we had rented so moved us to another type that wasn't comfortable at all. They promised a discount for the change but the receipt wasn't clear when we returned the car. Traveling with children during the holidays and catching a flight out meant I now have to call to try and iron it all out. Overall a good experience.Reviewed Jan 2 2017

Unexpected Delays in the RainPros:It was raining when we arrived to pick up the car. The car still needed to be cleaned on the inside from the previous driver, so since it was taking a while, the agent offered us an upgrade at no extra cost to us. Enterprise compensated us for the time delay.Cons:I can't really think of any part of this automobile rental experience that I didn't like.Reviewed Oct 17 2016
