Pros: Check out and the process with returning the car. Great service
Cons: The insides of the seats in the back were horrible. Maybe have the seats cleaned more so the people renting the car, van, or Suv, does not have to sit on nasty uncleaned seats.

Pickup a Nightmare
Pros: The Price
Cons: The two hour wait to get a car that was "reserved". This put us way behind schedule with a long night of driving ahead of us.

Dirty and Manual key only
Pros: The price
Cons: There was no automatic lock opener on the key. I had to use the key in the driver door to lock and unlock the car every single time I got in or out of the car. Ridiculous in today's world. Also the car had a lot of stains throughout it on the inside.

this company is inept
Cons: They didn't plan accordingly for all of their reservations that night. A group of us (about 15 families and individuals) had to wait over an hour and a half in the garage to pick up our cars because they didn't have any there. Workers had to drive them in from somewhere. This is after the 1-hr wait at the counter.

Pros: Good on gas. Car was ready on time. Easy pick up and drop off.
Cons: Gas wasn't full. Low tire pressure all week. Car had not been cleaned. Lots of stains inside. Lots of scratches outside. Ok for the price but def not clean & taken care of like most places would have done. car went from a to b. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place. Cheap prices.

Rent a 15 passenger Van, smell like pee!!! Found b
Cons: After the fact that we had to return the Van due to uncleanliness, bugs and cockroach found in the van. They still charged you for 1 day service!!! How about the inconvenience that we had to go back to the airport to return the van the next day with 5 days rental schedule!?!!! What a schemes!!!

Cons: They bring you in by offering better prices. But once you are at the counter than they scare you into buying additional insurance. Something about you paying IF something happens for the time the car is out of service. It could be as long as they want. That insurance is 25$ a day !

Low Cost - get what you pay for
Pros: car ran well and turn in was ok
Cons: waited over an hour for vehicle upon arrival even though we were on time. agent was very rude and upset we wouldn't take out insurance. when first vehicle was assigned the key they gave was wrong and the car alarm would not shut off. waited another 10 to 15 minutes for a differnt vehicle

BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY
Cons: The length it took to get the paperwork, the liar that upgraded us actually downgraded us and cost us $250 more. The length it took to get a car and the RUDE AWFUL employees!

Poor scheduling in orlando
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and willingness to accommodate us in finding alternative transportation.
Cons: We had a car reservation confirmed for 8 p.m. we did not get to talk to the front desk people until nearly 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival were told that it would be a minimum half-hour wait. The Helpful front desk staff suggested we wait inside where it was air-conditioned rather than at the pickup point. When we arrived at the pickup point we were informed a further hour and 20 minutes wait could be expected. At this point it was 10 p.m. . We were offered an upgrade at a reasonable price which we accepted 2 get to our destination on time. The gentleman at the parking lot kiosk was very helpful.

Scare tactics used to up sell extras
Cons: We were told we must buy the toll package or they will charge us $25 plus the toll for each violation. They also told us there are many tolls that aren't manned so it would be an automatic violation. They knew where we were going and every toll was manned. We were ripped off.

Worked fine for me
Pros: Was able to upgrade to a mustang convertible for $25 a day. No issues and payment matched what I anticipated.
Cons: A little bit of a wait at the counter but it beats taking a shuttle or paying double the price of the larger guys.

Excellent service and car
Pros: In terminal pickup.
Cons: Purchased expands for tolls 9.99/day. Alternative was to pay tolls myself. But missed tolls would have been a $25 service charge each. I didn't want to risk missing tolls. All in all, rental experience was great. No hidden fees.

EZ does not rent to those who do not already have
Pros: The team at the desk were very nice, but ultimately they were not able to rent to me due to these regulations.
Cons: It seems odd to me that if I don't own a car, and need to rent , that I cannot rent with EZ as I don't have car insurance. How would I have car insurance without owning a car? Isn't that a purpose for renting?

Worth it, if you're looking for inexpensive.
Pros: They were really cooperative and didn't gouge when I opted to return the car early, they were very fair and reasonable.
Cons: Because of storms they weren't able to bring the cars in, therefore over a dozen people had to each wait an extra 35 minutes approximately to receive their cars, not to mention the 25 minute wait at the line.

Terrible Check In - Everything Else, Just Ok
Pros: They were out of the car size we ordered, but he at least gave us a mini van at no additional charge...if you consider that a good thing.
Cons: Check-In took way too long. Only one person working. System was slow. He was on his personal cell phone for parts of the experience. I couldn't read what I was initialing in the little boxes on the electronic key pad, and when we got outside we had to wait again...only one person working...then once we had our car we had to walk it and assess for damages and then wait again for her to sign off it. Overall, bad experience and won't be back. The sad part is..there are some easy fixes that could be made, but based on the other reviews, they aren't making them.

Pros: Car was nice. Price was very good.
Cons: At the agent desk only offered mini vans. But that got remedied by the pick up desk. However, had to wait 15-20 mins before someone showed up to check out the car and the girl who was two customers ahead of me was already waiting before I got out there. Also the desk agent who offered me liability coverage gave me only supplemental (excess) liability coverage which is not the same thing. I work in insurance so what was offered and what was sold two totally different things. Have another rental soon so I won't pay for that again.

Cost Effective - Poor Service
Pros: --> E-Z Rent-a-car is usually the most cost effective rental car option.
Cons: --> Poor Service -- For this experience, our car was not ready when we arrived. We waited in a 45 min line to get to the desk, then spent 15 min answering questions and signing forms, then the rep told us we had to wait 30 min for our car, even though we had prepaid for it and reserved the time. We had been travelling with a toddler since 3:00 a.m., so I told him the additional wait was not acceptable. He kept trying to tell me that everyone else was waiting too, as if I should be okay with the poor service, just because other people were also getting poor service. He finally talked to a manager and got me an upgrade to an available vehicle, but then he was very rude to me. --> Wait Times -- This was the third time we have used E-Z Rent A Car or Advantage. Every time, we have some issue with really long waits, whether it is waiting for a rep to show up to the desk, waiting for a shuttle for 20-30 min, or standing in the line to fill out paperwork, there is always a long process that we do not experience with other rental car companies.

Cons: Inside wasn't cleaned (Windows) impacting visibility There was obviously food or something spilled as the floor was covered in ants that crawled in the door and dash. I could t get back to return the vehicle so had to get any traps to deal with it

Don't pay for prepaid gas fill, it is a rip off
Pros: Drop off was easy
Cons: The car I rented was a Nissan Versa, it has a 10.8 gallon gas tank. I was told I could bring it back less then full for $2.10 a gallon to fill. What I didn't realize is that I actually prepaid $30 so even if I had brought the car back empty, which I didn't it had about 1/3 tank, it should have only been around $22.

Pros: They unquestionably honored my request of full refund. Today I see that my refund was processed.
Cons: Prepaid for my car but when I arrived they first told me that they didn't have a reservation for me. Then when I showed my prepaid reservation, they told me I'd have to wait 30-45 minutes for them to take me to the car. I asked why. They said they didn't have drivers to take customers to the car because they were short staffed and had to locate a driver. I ask for refund n got car from Avis. Thankfully I see my refund was processed. Also interesting to hear that they had no reservations for me given that I called a few days earlier to let them know that I'd be arriving a day later because of Hurricane Hermine. The manager said that would not be a problem.

Pros: Pick up and drop off was perfect. Right at the airport, I didn't have to take a shuttle. Just drive up, sign a receipt and off to my flight! I bought the fill up of gas and EZ sold it to me at the price it was right near the airport. I also wasn't sure if I would need the car longer than reserved. The rep at the counter noted in the computer my dilemma and held the great price I found for an additional week, if needed. Very nice and easy to work with.

Pros: Everything went fairly quickly and smoothly, no attempt to upsell
Cons: I was traveling with a baby and requested a mid-size car. I ended up with a mustang, which I suppose is technically mid-size, but not what I had in mind. I could hear on the phone call between the desk and the garage that it was either that or a 17 passenger van, and it was very late, so I just went with it. It was however pretty inconvenient to wrangle my daughter in and out of the back.

Pros: Car was good, clean
Cons: $25 on the web, total cost $125 including insurance etc Tolls $10 when I'd have paid $4 in cash. The guy on the desk lied to me it'd be cheaper. No help whatsoever putting child seat into the car - really unhelpful Will not use ez or kayak again Would have been cheaper to get a couple of ubers

Pros: Prices are ok
Cons: Few people at the counter for the volume of customers, car had a flat tire when we first got in, waited for about 15 min to just knowing what to do if someone will take care of this or if they would give us a different car, since there was only one person at the car pickup. We ended up with a different car. The whole process although effective could be smoother. First car was really dirty, the second car was acceptable. Total time lasted about 1:30h from starting the line at the counter until we took off in the final car. All of this was at 11:30pm

Great prices, not quite quality.
Pros: Easy process for pick up and drop off. Great prices.
Cons: The car hadn't been cleaned properly from the last rental, so there was still some trash and marks on the interior of the car. The remote key didn't work, so rather than fixing it, the staff popped off the key cover on the driver's side door so that you had to manually lock/unlock each time.

Pros: Ease of check-in Convenient location (at airport)
Cons: -Several Upsale efforts at checkout -Car was dirty (inside and out) -Smelled of cigarette smoke -Checkout was a bit choppy. I had to walk to the car, make my observations about damage, then walk back to the window, get back in line and wait to turn I the damage report. Would've been nice for an attendant to accompany me and sign the slip at the car.

Pros: At pickup they tried selling us everything under the sun which was annoying and then upon payment there were over 100$of additional fees and taxes that weren't disclosed to us.

Cons: long walk from baggage E-Z rental counter to 2nd floor car pick up in parking garage. Same for return walk back to United ticketing counter. Walk half the Terminal.

Pros: Personnel helpful
Cons: Attention to previous damage a bit disconcerting. I wanted to document it all (I've had bad experiences in the past) but the staff said it was no big deal. They were correct for for someone with a lot of rental car experience, it made me nervous.
