The pick-up process was not very friendly and full of up sales. The car had seen some heavy wear and the chemical deodorizer was extremely strong. It was so strong it gave us headaches. Not fans of the company at all.Reviewed Jan 3 2023

They downgraded me from a midsized SUV to a sedan when they had plenty SUVs in their lot. The vehicle I received had moderate damage to it, immediately had a “needs an oil change” alert that was persistent the entire trip, they made me perform my own inspection on the car. I waited over an hour in the lobby to be seen by an employee and was subsequently penalized for me being “late” despite actually arriving early. I will never rent from them again and if I am routed to them through a site like yours, I will not proceed with the purchase. Awful experience.Reviewed Nov 3 2022

Everything was terrible: we were waiting shuttle for 40 minutes on terminal A. Than almost two hours at the front desc. All together about 3 hours till we left the York rental company. They also made me pay for the insurance which was 100% covered by my credit card. Calling my cc didn't help. They also pleasured me to pay for SunPass when I told them I have my transporter and account with SunPass. At the end I wouldn't go with this company again, choose some better and bigger company such as Herze, Enterprise or Almo. Don't try to safe couple of dollars, you will loose.Reviewed Oct 13 2022

Nice car. Drove well. Don't rent from here if you live in Florida. They don't tell you until you show up to pick up your car, but locals only get 100 miles per day aren't allowed to drive on toll roads. No option to buy tolls nor use your own transponder. The car was older than my usual hire car and I had additional payments to make when I picked up the car to cover liability insurance that most companies include in hire price. This put the cost to the same as every other company, yet I had to get shuttle bus to pick up site and had poorer quality car.Reviewed Aug 17 2022

They state they are at the airport which is not correct. You will have to have one of their shuttle vans take you there. They have limited hours so dropping off a car for an early or late flight you will need to take an Uber or taxi back to the airport, which is about ten minutes away. On the fine print it states if there is any sand or garbage in the rental at all when u return it you will be charged a $200 fee. So plan on cleaning and vacuuming before you return. First car I went out with had a low tire pressure which I noticed right after leaving, turned around to get air and they acted as if I was bothering them. Twenty minutes down the road afterwards I realized the same tire was low again. Returned only to wait in line after we had already called and informed them of the situation. Received a different car but no discounts for the trouble just them asking me what tire was the problem. We will never make the same mistake and use them again.Reviewed Jul 16 2022

Price for rental was excellent. Staff was friendly. The only problem I had was when we got to the airport. There was no communication from them telling me how to get to their office to pick up the car. I tried calling but no one answered. I only go through 3 tolls for about a total of $3.75. They wanted to charge me $90.00 to activate their toll pass. I said you can get a sunpass at walgreens for $5.00. But to rent their car you have to sign contract that says they can bill you $25.00 if you go through a toll in easy lane. Agent did not tell me my sunpass would not work because they have their sticker on windshield. Most car companies have a box you can turn off or on to use theirs. They knew I was going to get one but failed to tell me it wouldn't work so I went through the toll lane thinking it was working twice but it didn't scan because of their sticker . The tolls totaled $3.25. But I got ticked $25.00 for each toll. When I knew it wasn't working, I paid cash for the other tolls which was$3.75. What a rip off. I waited an hour in line to pick up my car. They are do slow. Go to budget!!!Reviewed Jun 28 2022
