Pros: The staff was very friendly and the service was fast.

Pros: Just about everything. Best I can say, "Our trip/car was uneventful" and I mean that in the best way!
Cons: Couldn't figure out how to turn the radio off so had to just turn down volume. There wasn't a manual in the glove compartment to instruct. Also, heating/AC operated in an odd manner...

A minor hiccup or two, but good value
Pros: The car seat was brand new and the vehicle was clean. The gentleman who helped us into the vehicle understood our initial frustration (as our flight was delayed + I lost my license somewhere on a SW flight) and was quick to help us move through the process. We did receive a upgrade as the class of vehicle we had ordered was unavailable.
Cons: Just a couple of things - 1) Customer service wasn't terrific on the phone. When we tried to make an adjustment, we were told - "just do it when you get here". 2)Not a fan of the Dodge that we had as it just isn't a well put together car. When we brought it back, we were accused of damage - as a plastic piece was out of place along the front bumper. When I placed a finger on it, it popped back in. The guy was just doing his job pointing something out, but not only did it handle poorly - it didn't hold up well (I know for a fact I didn't hit anything).

Cons: The drop off fee was more than the car rental fee - big rip off!
