Pros: Upon return, the agent took great care and attention to rectify any problems we had. I felt valued, and like she saved the day for Enterprise.
Cons: When we arrived, there was wet paint as someone had just painted the railing in front of the building. My wife ruined her shorts and tshirt on the paint. There was no sign to warn about wet paint. I explained this was unreasonable, and the manager offered a discount. We were told to go wait at Starbucks across the road until they had a car ready for us, even though I booked ahead and showed up on time. I had to verbally decline the insurance three times. When we returned the car, not only was there no discount applied, but there was the insurance. I explained the whole situation again, and must have found the right person this time, because they removed the insurance, discounted the car for the paint on the clothes, and offered to pay for our uber to the airport.

Cons: The driver who picked me up was rude and unprofessional. He told me to get off my phone while I was working on my phone so he could make small chat in which he mentioned what he did with his tips and also complained to me about his manager texting him and not looking at the log in the office. Highly inappropriate for a customer to know the inter-workings of a business. And I felt he was pushing for a tip to the point of being rude, so I did not tip as I was offended by him interrupting my work. It was 9:45 am and I was there on business. It was business hours. An industry catering to working professionals should know this. I was so offended. I let the man at the counter know and he gave me a weak apology. The managers were close by and overheard and did not come over to offer an apology either. Worst Enterprise experience I have ever had.

Great job, Enterprise
Pros: Our first outstanding experience was when we rented the vehicle for our daughters wedding. The Enterprise team on Alameda Ave in Oakland, CA was just as excited for the event as we were! Second terrific experience occurred when I had a mishap with the Enterprise vehicle I rented. I called the 24-hour service line to report the incident. The process was seamless and easy. Definitely will use Enterprise for all car rental needs in the future.

Pros: Service was great! They picked us up at the airport and provided a quick service checkout. The vehicle was clean and worked properly. They also called before the end to the trip to make sure everything was going well. I would utilize this location again.
Cons: The only negative were that the wiper blades needed replacement; and the team gave me a discount to the price when I turned in the vehicle in Portland. (Turned a negative item into a positive aspect.)
