Cons: I rented this car through KAYAK after searching for a rental car at LaGuardia Airport. When I arrived in NYC, I discovered they had booked me in a rental car in New Jersey and would not pick me up at the airport, despite their advertising claims of "we'll pick you up." I am a senior citizen with a disability and not familiar with public transportation. I had to spend $65 to take a cab to new Jersey to pick up this rental car and was not able to drop it off at the airport when I left either. The people at the Enterprise location said it was not their fault because I booked it with KAYAK and not them. Whatever money I may have saved was quickly lost with cab fare and inconvenience. I guess I assumed that a car rental from the airport would actually be at the airport.
Cons: Friendly staffs
Pros: Was blessed in that the male employees helped us alleviate the issues we ran into trying to rent this car. Some things were out of my control like needing a credit card for having an out of state drivers ID but they were very fair. The female employee was lenient about us paying the day we arrived for drop off because we discovered the bank was very far from where we were staying.
Cons: The price listed on Kayak was not what we paid, we had to pay a couple hundred more and we had to pay for enterprises insurance because we had no gauranter that Kayak's insurance would have covered us completely in an accident and Enterprise wanted 1k up front if the car was in an accident even if it wasn't our fault. I felt lied to about the price and did not know it would skyrocket like that. I rented through a different third party before and everything was seamless so I'm just dissapointed with this experience.

Pros: The process of signing documents was fast, so I was able to get a car in a matter of minutes.
Cons: Their support line, those who work 24/7 are incompetent...
Pros: They gave me a ride to pick up the car 30 miles from where I rented it.
Cons: No cars in stock, quoted 151 was charged 300. Car was dirty inside and smelled.
