Cons: Close early and you have to be on time to pick up your car or else you miss it and cannot ask for refune

Cons: I cancelled the reservation 24 hours before as I was told they did not have the car I had asked for. I was glad I had called to check on them. They also told me I would have to get a taxi or uber to get to them. I had asked for a car at the airport, assuming there would be a shuttle. I ended up having to get a car elsewhere and it cost me an additional $300.

Debit Card issues
Pros: Car was fine, no problems.
Cons: Website says you can use debit card, but you get there and they refuse to allow you to use a debit card, so you have to use a credit card. This is misleading and false advertising, and can be extremely inconvenient if you don't happen to have a backup credit card prepared.

Worst car rental experience!
Pros: Not much
Cons: 1. This Hertz office is the worst. It took me more than an hour to rent the car (they said the system was down?). When I got the car, there was just half tank of gas. The service is as cold as the winter here. Unbelievable! 2. When I rent the car from Kayak, I bought the insurance. I thought Hertz provides the insurance. I turned out that Hertz charged me extra $600 for the insurance. What a rip-off.
