Pros:Nothing terrible experienceCons:Communication would have been better. The location I was picking up the car starting closing on weekends for covid. No one notified me, so I paid for. $20 Uber to show up to a closed business. Hertz shouldn’t had the common sense to call people who booked weekend pickups and reschedule them.
