Pros:Nothing terrible experienceCons:Communication would have been better. The location I was picking up the car starting closing on weekends for covid. No one notified me, so I paid for. $20 Uber to show up to a closed business. Hertz shouldn’t had the common sense to call people who booked weekend pickups and reschedule them. Pros:Nothing. They cancelled the morning of the reservation and didnt even try to help find a replacement.Cons:More friendly customer service. I realize they are struggling financially but that's no reason to abandon courteousness and caring.Reviewed Jun 24 2020

Terrible experiencePros:Nothing. Prices were inaccurate and misrepresented, my money was held and I didn't even use their servicecannot speak to quality of car but if it is anything like the experience I had with their customer service...Cons:was charged an additional 75 because of my age. I cancelled less than 24 hours after making the reservation - they charged me and would not return my money for over a week - criminal!Reviewed Nov 6 2017

Pros:The car itself was fine, the pickup process was fine, the reps were friendly enough.Cons:Because it was Sunday for car dropoff, I used the key-drop to return the car/keys. BUT, when I closed the key-drop drawer, the lock on the key-return box fell off (was never properly locked) and the whole door fell open, exposing all of the keys that had been dropped off. If an unscrupulous person got access to all the keys, they could have taken any vehicle, etc. Of course, I took pictures to document this situation.Reviewed Jul 3 2017
