Pros: Man who checked me out w2hen I returned the car both times (same guy) was friendly and professional
Cons: Issues with the car I picked up in West Palm too. The guy I returned to car to was great. Friendly, efficient, even helped with my luggage. The smell of cigarettes however was a big turn off. I even bought an air freshener to leave in the car. It didn't help. I can't believe the guys cleaning the car didn't notice the smell???

Pros: you're in and out fast for a drop off.

Costs were not accurately represented
Pros: The car was fine - what you'd expect.
Cons: Quoted amount was much less than actual charges. Probably mostly due to the automatic fuel that was added (not requested). Should be refunded automatically if returned full, but thus far, no refund. So I have to get on the phone and ask for it, which is really annoying.

front desk person needs a lot more training
Pros: no counter inside airport so walked out to shuttle bus area after about 7 minutes called local Payless telephone number and they only had 1 agent working and 1 driver. He said the Payless bus would be by in less than 13 minutes. Then i noticed the word Payless on a Budget Bus which they co-share with Payless. The BudgetBus goes by about ever 1 or 2 minutes. Agent printed out contract for the $35 more than e-mailed quote. I had to sign contract taking gas option. But he said if i filed the car with gas before returnig the computer would take the $35 off. Returned it full but was charged anyway. Budget takes the return and give you the receipt for Payless before 7AM. When at airport filed a claim with Payless 800 number after getting ring and ringing of the local #. After reaching local they blamed computer glitch and corrected the bill. do it wright the first avoid Payless it not worth a few dollars.
