Pros: Everything. We splashed out a little and the room we booked was fabulous. There was a leak in the room above the first night (no fault of the hotel) and they were so grateful that I reported it promptly and without fuss (and naturally we couldn't stay in our original room) that they upgraded us to the Alchemyst suite at no extra cost! Sheer luxury , absolutely stunning. The breakfasts were amazing, dinner even better, staff impeccable. We came back from a day trip and there was a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room for my birthday, I didn't even tell them! Must have noticed when I gave my passport at checkin, indicative of the attentiveness of the staff throughout. Amazing hotel, amazing location, amazing staff, never stayed anywhere better and I travel a fair bit. 10/10 will go back on my next trip to Prague.

Cons: I didn't get the chance to try out the spa (which annoyed me as it was complimentary access), but this was because I was too busy. Did manage to have a look around and it looked impeccable, fiancee had a massage (additional fee) and said it was top notch.

Cons: Unless you booked a treatment the ‘spa and fitness’ facilities were surprisingly basic for such a well-placed hotel.

Pros: Excellent hotel, staff is very well trained and professional. The hotel is 20 meters from the U.S. Embassy. This is an exclusive hotel, excellent in all ways.

She has an excellent insight into reading the needs of the resident. All staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The Prosecco for breakfast.

Cons: The hot options at breakfast - eggs and bacon slightly overcooked. No English papers or magazines available to read over afternoon tea.

Pros: Selections and the taste of the breakfast were excellent. I also liked the coffee and juices. The hotel reserved a room that we can see the Vrtba Gardens.

Cons: Housekeeping entered the room after knocking in a second although we stated that we are in the room. This happened twice.

Pros: I have had six international traveling this year and I like this hotel best: top 5 star service with reasonable price. Plus it has a private garden with wonderful city view; huge music and movie collection.

Cons: Laundry is very expensive at the hotel. Cheaper to buy new clothes. But we found laundry service called Laundry bar a few minutes walk from the hotel where you can drop off a bag of laundry and they will have it washed, dried but not folded for you the next day or even the same day. Only costs $13-26 US dollars!

Pros: Very spacious bedroom and large comfortable bed. Fittings in hotel very stylish. Access to garden was really appreciated. Such a beautiful garden with superb views. Restaurant food superb and all staff wonderful.

Pros: The breakfast was okay. The choices were limited and the service was slow. Staff was wonderful at front desk.

Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms would not go down below a certain point and it wasn't low enough for me to be able to sleep very well. Very hot in all areas of the building

Pros: Hotel located on the castle side of the river, away from the crowded Old Town. It's a couple of buildings down from the US Embassy. The facility is luxurious and the staffs are very friendly.

Cons: The breakfast buffet is the conventional types. I expected this class of hotels to have more variety. There are no pools or spa (or if they have it, it's not announced anywhere).

Pros: Lovely quiet and elegant respite from the crowds but still only a short walk to all key sites. Perfect location! The hotel's restaurant, Coda is one of the finest dinner experiences you will encounter anywhere. Do not miss it.

Cons: Breakfast should include omelet and other hot options at no extra charge. Complementary breakfast was surprisingly ordinary for an otherwise special place. It would be nice if the garden opened earlier. 10am is too late as by then most have already left to explore the city sites.

Pros: Prime location, quite block, friendly and professional stuff. Rooms are not big but very clean and nice decorated.

Cons: Would be nice if rooms have coffee machines instead of instant coffee only. Iron and iron board would be a good addition as well.

Cons: My TV was based on the desk. Too far away from bed and too close to the one chair there was. I think it was a good 4-star hotel but by no means 5 star.

Pros: A very nice hotel, in quite a quiet location, but still in an easy 5 minute walk of the Charles Bridge, and 10 minutes to the old town. Staff were very pleasant, and room was lovely.

Pros: This was our second stay at the Three Storks or also called Waldstein Hotel. This historic building was refurbished with great taste. Great breakfast, too!

Pros: 1. Good location, in the historical area, less tourist feeling than another bank of river. Can easily find food and daily use near there. Can easily go to the castle and the old bridge. 2. Clean bedding. The bedclothes are folded really clean in the cabinet under the bed. 3. The toilet and shower room are outside the dorm. No need to consider if disturb roommates. 4. There are a shelf and light and socket with every bunk bed. 5. Every bed has curtains.

Cons: 1. They didn’t give me lower bed as I requested. But told me on advanced. 2. I think the shelf upon the bed should be bigger. 3. They remind me of opening the box under the bed when check out. But I think it must disturb the roommates of lower bed.

Pros: I am so satisfied with my 2-day stay here. One of the best hostels can be found in Prague. 5 minutes walking to Prague Castle and 7 minutes to Charles Bridge! The room is big, and great facilities gonna make you comfortable.

If you have a room that faces the side where the bar is, it is even louder. - People kept leaving the security doors, to the rooms, open.

Pros: It’s hard to remember staying at an hotel where the manager and his staff were so welcoming and helpful. This, coupled with the fact that the hotel is very convenient for the castle and set in quiet surroundings - along with its cleanliness, and very acceptable free breakfasts - made it easy to fall in love with.

Cons: There were, however, one or two niggles with the room, primarily the lack of drawers/shelving to unpack into/onto (we did mention this to the manager), but with no two rooms being the same it would be unfair to judge the whole hotel on these.

Cons: Unfortunately we were assigned a room in the cellar which was hidden within the buildings and really below standard for the price paid.

Pros: At first, we thought it would be too far from old town but it turned out to be just right, It was very close to the Palace complex, the cathedral, Monasteries, churches , Charles bridge etc.. It is down the hill to Old Town. We used the Metro and trams to get to further locations. It is a walk up the hill. A bit of energy is required. The Staff, especially Milos were very friendly. Room was great (they upgraded us because we stayed 11 nights Rare customers it seems). Nerudova Street can be busy and loud. If you sleep with your windows closed no problem (They have AC), otherwise, ask for a quiet room in the back. . Breakfast was included with a good variety of food items. Quite acceptable.

Pros: Central location close to Prague castle, but still quiet. Requires climbing up a hilly road. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel vibe generally very nice. A good mid-priced hotel for people who want to explore central Prague, particularly good for couples (a bit less for families with kids)

Cons: Nothing special, maybe the fact that you have to climb the street to reach it. There are a lot of people on Neruda St. during the day time as the road leads directly to Prague Castle

Pros: Room: well designed room, bed is comfortable and the shower is very good. As the room gives into the internal courtyard of the hotel, the room is quiet. Breakfast: good variety Staff: some staff were nice and friendly Location: conveniently close to trams (550m). Do know that the hotel is on the top of a hill. It wasn't an issue for us, but I could see it being difficult for some people. Facilities: they have a SPA but we didn't have a chance to try it out. They have umbrellas available. Make sure to ask one in case it's raining.

Cons: Room: the room doesn't have any ventilation system. As the window is super small and gives into the courtyard, there's no air at all. We were in Prague in October, it was around 15C outside but the room was boiling hot! We asked whether there was any air system or air conditioning but they don't. The airco becomes the heating system as of October 1st which is nonsense. The bathroom amenities were not renewed. After 2 days, the shower cap could not be reused for example. Such a pity. The TV remote control also didn't work. We asked to have it fixed several times but the "technician" couldn't figure it out. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet is narrow and small. The breakfast tables are so close to each other that it's uncomfortable at times. They should rethink the space. No lactose free options unfortunately. My husband found a piece of a lady's nail in his cereal which was completely off-putting! Staff: some staff were just unhelpful but kept a smile on their face which was so weird. Facilities: They offer free Tea and cake from Thursday to Sundays which proved to be very disappointing. The cakes are simply leftovers from breakfast... once it's eaten, there's no replacement so make sure to hurry up!
