Cons: It was just not worth the money spent. And the return location is just the worst. Had to sit there for a long time trying to reach someone on the phone because of how bad the drop off location is. First the sign to find it in the parking garage is so small and easy to miss. Then there were no spots to leave it and no way to contact someone for help.

Cons: When we arrive the vehicle was dirty, and had 1/8 a tank of gas. The person we picked the car up from told us we could return it on empty for the inconvenience. We returned the truck with a half tank of gas (having paid almost $50 to fill it), and when we received our final invoice they charged us $117 for fuel, along with many other questionable fees. When I reached out to the company, the automated number they provide has no one working (it says they don’t have anyone on the phones due to COVID) and the email they provided bounced back. This company is a scam.
Pros: Dropping off was easy and pain free. The vehicle was new and well taken care off.
Cons: Jacking up price and maintaining "prepay" is not cool. Poor service when tire punctured and lack of options to fix meant we were without spare for 500 miles.
Cons: I attempted to call the Sixt staff a few days before my trip but they never answered the phone, despite numerous calls. This was all in an attempt to adjust a minor aspect of my rental. Given that it was literally impossible to talk to any human working for Sixt, I ended up cancelling my reservation (and of course not receiving a full refund) with them entirely and renting from a different company. If the staff actually did their job and answered their phone ever, that would have been great. They have lost my business then and now I'll never use them again.
Pros: Lori was wonderful at drop off!
Cons: Shuttle service when we got there was not running right, we had another shuttle drop us off there.
