The car was very dirty inside. The inside for sure did not get cleaned before I got it. Also was on the road and started to rain at night and went to turn on windshield wipers and was missing the wiper blade. Pretty dangerous.Reviewed Aug 31 2026

I would have rated 5 stars as everything was exceptionally good until i wanted to extend rental for five days. They gave me two options- Pay 300 "extension fee" on top of original daily rate or come back to airport close out first contract open new one. Well, first let’s not kid ourselves this is Fox Rent a Car. They are not located with the main rental car companies at the complex. Instead they are about a 1/4 mile away in another area. The moment you get there, it’s about the upsell. At checkout, mind you this was pre-paid, he tacked on gas and tolls. I never said I wanted either. So, then there was that. Everything was filthy, the shuttle bus drivers were taken from nascar and it just reeked of used car lot vibes.Reviewed Feb 16 2025

Pick up process was long and painful. Agent kept trying to upsell (vehicle type, insurance options, refueling options, etc) and was visibly annoyed when I refused to accept any of the options. I just wanted to get the vehicle and get on with my trip.Reviewed Nov 12 2024

It was a very new car and very clean. The car was exactly what I reserved. The car rental is not with the other car rentals so you are on the shuttle a little while longer.Reviewed Apr 18 2024

Quick pickup, easy return, and friendly staff. I was about 15 minutes early and my vehicle was not ready so I was offered an upgrade for $150 or I could wait. I took the upgrade and within 10 minutes of driving it it overheated. Upon bringing it back I was told that had happened twice earlier in the week and the vehicle should not have been rented. I was given another vehicle just like it, but offered nothing for my wasted hour. I feel like at a minimum they should have dropped the upgrade fee.Reviewed Apr 10 2024
