Wonderful
Anonymous, Jan 2019 - Sleep Inn & Suites And Conference Center Downtown
Pros (+) Decent breakfast, had enough customers that they didn't do the "sorry we ran out at the end of the breakfast time period", in fact they stayed open about 15 minutes longer than advertised on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel is in an industrial area by the IUPUI campus. One entrance to parking lot, well lit, ten foot wall on 16th St and train tracks sides, hotel and an industrial building complete th...

Pros (+) Price, beds, pillows, and a great free breakfast. No other hoops I need you to jump through. Inspite of other reviews and location I never experienced any of those concerns. I all honesty the location is perfect.
Cons (-) Although construction is on site it had no impact on my comfort or rest

Brad, Mar 2018 - Sleep Inn & Suites And Conference Center Downtown
Pros (+) the young man behind the counter who checked us in was very kind and helpful. After hearing the long hours i had put in in order for us to arrive he booked my wife a shuttle to return back to the hotel when she was done visiting her mother at memoria so i could get some sleep.
Cons (-) my wife, fearing to be late, was waiting 10 minutes early for the shuttle to arrive, after a half an hour of her waiting, fearing being stranded, and blowing up my cell as i was sleeping, she finally awoke me. The shuttle never came. When i finally returned to the hotel with my wife i promptly voiced my opinion of their terrible shuttle driver/service only to be harassed by the employee responsibl...

Anonymous, Oct 2016 - Sleep Inn & Suites And Conference Center Downtown
Pros (+) Lobby was nice Bathroom was decent
Cons (-) I had a reservation for two queen beds. When I showed up, they gave me a room with one king bed and a fold-out couch. When I returned to the front desk, they told me that was all they had and could not offer anything else, and insisted that my reservation was for one king bed, even though I provided them a printout showing it was two queens. This was all quite embarrassing, as I am sure my colleag...

Pros (+) The staff, especially Ashli made me feel right at home with my stay. The grounds and facilities were always squared away.
Cons (-) The room layout is a bit awkward with the large screen TV occupying the desk area. If you wanted/needed to sit at the desk and have the TV on, you may develop a strong headache from being so close.
