The room was amazing! The laminate was pulling up a little under the desk chair, but no biggie. We weren't able to use the pool area because of how many kids were there which was unfortunate because we had specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. They do not have adults only pool hours which would have been nice. The bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful, the breakfast buffet was amaz...

Pros (+) The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Nice suite with separate area for sitting/working. The only downside was some construction repairs going on which were, all things considered, fairly quiet.
Cons (-) Would have been good to know, before choosing our room via the Hilton Honors app, that the construction was on our floor primarily.

Pros (+) Staff was extremely accommodating, my room was great, everything about the stay was a genuinely good experience.
Cons (-) Room service took a little long, but my order was very beautifully presented and extremely high quality food.

Cons (-) Arrived to find a person urinating in front of location Message regarding late check out was not passed on Shower had cold water on last day at the location $28 parking fee/per day was not clearly indicated during booking Housekeeping left spray bottle and rag within the room Attempted to use telephone and it did not work.

Pros (+) Its in the middle of downtown with good access to lots of restaurants
Cons (-) There is not street entrance- you need to drive up a parking garage ramp to a dingy drop off area, then go up an escalator to check in. The hotel has seen better days - getting worn. My AC did not work (90 deg outside). It took two calls to maintenance, then arguing with the guy about how an AC works (properly) to finally get a new room at 9:30pm. Pros (+) Old hotel!!! The location was perfect in downtown, but the hotel was under construction, broken tile in the lobby, primer on the walls, small check in area, etc.l Worst part was their air system only does heat or AC based on the outside weather. Our room was 80 the entire weekend. Parking garage is terrible. Do not take large vehicle in garage. I would not recommend.

Cons (-) The heating system was bad. My heat never came on. I understand all the construction, but cleanliness can still be maintained. The elevators were filthy and being used by staff, construction crew and equipment movement. The entrance from the garage was so filthy it reminded me of being in New York.
