Pros (+) Beds are most important to me and the bed we had was most comfortable!
Cons (-) Maybe a shorter wait when checking out?

Pros (+) I had my 93 year old father with me on a quick business trip. I ordered dinner in the am to be brought up at 5, and breakfast at 9 am which they don't do normally. They went out of their way to do this and make sure my dad was taken care of - no questioned asked just awesome service above and beyond!
Cons (-) Absolutely nothing

Cons (-) They turned off the water while I was brushing my teeth in the morning, so I could not rinse my mouth. They said the water would be off all day. As a result, I was forced to leave them a present in the toilet.

Pros (+) The bathroom and bed was super nice. Room could be a bit bigger and more spacious. The lobby area was amazing. I wish the rooms were as good as the lobby.
Cons (-) I didn't like the area that it was in. Everything to do was a good little drive away. My card was also charged twice and we had issues checking in but it was eventually settled and the money returned. There were also tons of little kids running the halls unattended and cutlery from room service just left all over the floors in the halls even after the maid came through.

Cons (-) Even though it is likely not very old many items feel dated. The thermostats in the rooms are old and difficult to operate. Over the multiple stays I have had there the treadmills have been broken even though they have been brought to the attention of the staff. Even many of the staff are not very pleasant. This is definitely a first for a Garden Inn for me.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was fantastic. I left my Ipad in the car that was valet parked and they retrieved it in a flash! Connor, the valet supervisor, gave excellent directions for walking to Mass Ave. and was very cordial. Room was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Would absolutely return to this hotel!!
