Pros (+) The guest agent at the front desk, Bill, was a pleasure. He was very polite and helpful.
Cons (-) Having some cold water available for weary travelers upon arrival would have been very nice.

Pros (+) I was charged for a room that was not available. I received a confirmation of the reservation and I was charged for the room. I got to the hotel at 11:30pm Eastern after a 7 hour drive in a bad storm and was told they were overbooked and no one ever thought to tell me. I didn't find another available room until 1am Eastern. I would appreciate a refund.

Pros (+) This place was overal really good. Stayed one night for business. The room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Tv was good, had DirecTv cable, lots of channels. Front desk person was nice at check in and check out. They held onto my bags for a few hours after checkout until I came back no questions asked. Breakfast was just okay but what can you expect. Every one of these hotels have just ok...
