Dale, May 2023 - Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis East
The room I had was in rough shape with dirty and missing grout on the tiles, the shower/tub felt like you stood in a taco, so I am not sure how much support it had. The lights flickered constantly in the bathroom. The kitchenette had no plates, silverware or anything. The freezer was last defrosted IDK when. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) The hotel sold my room out from under me, and when I asked to speak to a manager they called security to escort me out rather than explain why I didn't have a room after booking months in advance and driving 8 hours to get to the hotel. They didn't even have the decency to call me before hand. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the nicer nonMarriot hotels downtown. This place only cares about ...

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable, the curtains blocked the sun well, and the toiletries were good quality. Good location, very accessible to downtown Indianapolis.
Cons (-) I think someone was able to open my door with their key, fortunately I had the latch on so they weren't able to enter my room. Also, the shower door slams shut very loudly.
