Cindy, Mar 2025 - Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre
The staff was great, polite & cheerful! But we paid $319 a night for a uncomfortable bed. It felt like we were camping. We had better beds when we stayed at other hotels that we only paid $150- $200 for. That was bad to have beds that are not comfy. We didn't sleep well cause of the bed, the temp in the room wasn't right even after messing with it at 3a too. $300 is a lot to not being able to be c...

I want to start by saying they are under renovation, so I don't know which of these issues were related to the chaos that a remodel brings. There is not ample lighting in the rooms. The main area has 3 down facing basically desk lamps to illuminate the space. The toilet seat was hanging on for dear life and would shut without being shut. There was no hair dryer in the room, or apparently any extra...

The hotel was in very poor shape. Internet, gym, AC, etc., either didn’t work or were barely useable. We don’t get any of our requests fulfilled. Staff was pretty rude about questions.

This Hampton is the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The furniture is beyond repair. Holes in mattress from broken springs the bed literally sagged in the middle from never being rotated. Parking lot full of potholes. Damaged shower heads. Lackluster housekeeping (body wash container was empty). The hotel is aware of these issues, but just doesn’t care. They have a 2.33 rating on google rev...

Pros (+) Do a good job of ensuring the room is clean and disinfected.

Anonymous, Oct 2020 - Hampton Inn Indianapolis Northwest - Park 100
Cons (-) walls are paper thin - can hear the people next door talking all night - they squeeze all the guests into a tight area of rooms on the same floors next to each other in order to make it easier on the cleaning crew in the morning, Unfortunately, with thin walls, you end up hearing the conversations of the people in the rooms around you. Fridge did not work in the first room we were in - ended up ha...

Kenny, Jun 2019 - Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre
Pros (+) It’s central location near the downtown mall was great. Bed was comfy and staff was helpful.
Cons (-) There’s a bar, maybe two, directly across the street that are extremely loud until 3 am. We were on the 7th floor and it didn’t matter. The white noise machine the hotel provided couldn’t drown out the bars. Either the windows need to be replaced to dull the sound, or pray the bar closes down. We struggled to get any sleep

Pros (+) Staff at the continental breakfast were incredibly rude. Most of the time they responded in single syllables but at other times they were outright nasty. They say overcharged us even with a contracted amount.
Cons (-) See above.

Lauren, Feb 2018 - Hampton Inn Indianapolis-South
Pros (+) The hotel had a nice environment for families, it was clean, and everyone was very friendly. We were exhausted when we got there but still had a long evening the coffee bar in the lobby was a welcomed site it was complete with our favorite creamers as well. There was a mix up with our room that was supposed to be prepaid but apparently wasn't. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't b...
Cons (-) The lady that checked us in failed to tell me that our room had not been prepaid and that The Hampton Inn would be charging my card instead. Instead of informing me of this I got a bill slipped under my door while we slept causing me to have to inquire into what was going on. Jacob really did save this situation, however I did not appreciated her lack of communication.
