The shower hot in the morning.
Maybe a manager go behind the housekeeping staff and make sure they do they job correctly. I my opinion I dont think the sheets were changed. The room smelled of body order and so did the bed, I do think the pillow cases were fresh. It was after 2AM didn't call front desk to complain, I just wanted to sleep.
Very good location as it's right by a Walmart, gas stations & fast food restaurants. Room was pretty clean, had a fridge & the tv remote worked. shower was clean & nothing broke like other hotels I've stayed in. A/C worked very well.
Breakfast is very minimal, I would rank it below a continental breakfast & no microwave in the room.
Convenient to I65, easy check in/out, bed was decent
Room smelled musty, dirty carpets, cracked sink, no tv guide. The biggest problem was that the room was advertised as 2 queen beds, and they were definitely a full. I was up all night trying to keep my kids from falling off the edge, where we normally fit a queen just fine.
The outside looked nice, until I saw the needles on the ground.
Dirty, blood splattered walls, toilet didn't flush all the way. They sent someone to clean it, but they didn't clean anything. We asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned our own room.
Sheets and towels were not very clean. There were a few cockroaches.
The bedding and carpeting looked like it had been updated recently.
However, the updates were poorly executed. The room was sloppily painted with lots of visible patch holes, the tile was poorly installed in the bathroom, and there were holes in the ceiling around the vent. The bed mattress was too soft and the bed frame was loose making it difficult for two people to sleep together. Stayed overnight along the way. Very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the updated room. Excellent choice for the money.
Room was good clean and smelled nice. Tv was easy. And lots of channels. Checking in and out was hassle free
The stairs were scary. Hard to climb and slipper The room wasn't stocked very well with toleties and soaps, at least not for three people. And breakfast need improvement big time. Both food variety and area cleanliness
Had a white powder around the edges and under everything
The location was good. Close to highway and shopping center.
Very run down. Stairs were not well maintained and held puddles of water in rain. I ended up slipping on stairs due to the standing water. Beds were hard and blankets old and rough. Tv only got cable not any local channels. Air conditioning was weak, never felt cold. Fridge never got cold. Never again.
