Loved this hotel. felt very upscale and pampered. A lot of its style may have been wasted on us, a middle-aged couple, but it felt very trendy and 'young.' Funky blue (mood lighting?) over the bed!

Otherwise staff was really helpful and friendly which is very important.

Pros: Hotel was convenient to the Vatican and to local shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Everything was great until the hotel's air conditioning system went into the 'winter season'. So it got pretty warm during the day. The AC is centrally controlled so if you like to sleep in cooler temps you're out of luck.
Pros: The bed was really comfortable. I did not have to think about buying breakfast because there was a buffet every morning!
Cons: The bathtub was too high.
Pros: We had a view of the Vatican!
Cons: Room doesn't have iron. Must use their laundry room.
The staff was helpful and the rooms and bath were luxerious. Fantastic pillows and every amenity you could ask for! We loved it. The location is near great shopping as well!
Pros: The amenities and locvtion were fantastic! The room was modern, which I did hot like for Rome but the luxery was so great that it made our stay so worthwhile. The breakfast buffet was not be believed!!! It was like staying at a 5 star.
The hotel has parking garage which helped in Rome. If you are budgeting drive/train for the trip, please note to account for VAT tax on top of their rate.
Pros: The breakfast staff. They were wonderful, very hospitable and accomodating for my family. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall the staff was great across the board.
Cons: The room was nice, but small. Toilet in the room was a floating toilet and it was not installed properly. It loudly creaked even for my 2 year toddler. FYI, the temp in the room could not be controlled, it was centrally controlled which was OK (not ideal)
very nice hotel - would stay away from the tours they recommend, did not have a great experiance with the tour company they recommend to guest. The location was fantastic with great views and easy access to all the sites of Rome.
Pros: The view was incredable, upgraded for an extra 20 a day to a suite with an awsome view of the Vatican
Cons: not really
We were a family of 6 so we needed 3 rooms. Each room was nice & clean and with the split 'king bed', it felt like you had your own bed. Breakfast was included and was very adequate. Fantastic location on the Vatican side of Rome. Away from the crowded area of downtown Rome yet within a 20 min walk to most attractions. Close to reasonably priced local restaurants where the food was fantastic and close to the shopping district. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely come again.
Pros: Location was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was clean. Breakfast was included.
Cons: The view from the rooms looking into the 'court yard' were not the greatest (you were looking at the fans/heating system). Also, there was no pool.
Overall, great! The most important things to me are, location, cleanliness, safe aand a friendly staff. All of which were met.
Pros: Friendly staff, very helpful. Great location! A 5 minute walk to the Vatican.
Cons: Did not care for the location of my room, tucked away in a corner on the 1st floor.
Pros: Love the free breakfast and wifi and contemporary rooms

Pros: Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful modern rooms and amazing bathrooms. 5/5.

This emblematic building has been completely renovated in order to convert it into a high-class hotel which offers, among other facilities, 144 guestrooms, various meeting rooms and a gourmet restaurant. * Bus to the city center (Coliseum) at scheduled times (surcharge).
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at noon, after almost 24 hours of travel. We were exhausted. The front desk staff reminded us that check-in was at 2 p.m., but proceeded to allow 11 other couples/families to register and go to their rooms before 2 p.m.. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The front desk did not check with the cleaning staff until we had been sitting there for an hour and a half, and I went to the desk a second time. Not a great way to start a vacation.
Pros: Everything was great, from the room, to the staff, to the location.
Pros: I liked that the hotel offered us a better room after initially trying to put us in a not renovated room that would have made me leave it at once were it the only choice. I liked that the hotel immediately brought us better pillows after we asked for the hard foam ones in our room to be replaced. I liked the breakfast and the friendly staff
Pros: Friendly staff!!! Spacious room(too much for overnight stay), nice bathroom, good breakfast.
Cons: Price a little steep for one night.
Set on one of the most well-known streets in the world, Via Veneto, Ambasciatori Palace is an elegant choice for those wishing to truly experience La Dolce Vita in Rome.
Pros: Location and the art deco of the dinning room
Cons: The room; too small and smelling terrible bad. The "mini elevator", the "mini halls"...The external appearance of the hotel is magnificent but inside it is quite reduced
