Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast buffet (included) was ample and convenient. Friendly staff. Location between downtown and Bay State Med. Ctr. served our needs, though it might not suit everyone. Easy access to I-91 and 291.
The staff at the front desk were incredibly responsive and helpful. I was at the hotel for less than 24 hours but they still made a very strong, positive impression on me.

Convenient location, free parking. No towels or shampoo left by chambermaid for two days in the row. Had to call front desk to request towels and shampoo. Complained to front desk at checkout, lady behind the counter apologized for inconvenience.
Wireless was acceptable when it worked. TV had HGTV. Air conditioner worked pretty quickly. Big shower, room for two people. Breakfast cereal included froot loops. Wireless didn't work at first. TV didn't work at first. Worked after maintenance came to look at it. Shades in room had gap for light to get through in the morning. Showerhead was very low.

This was the first hotel stay I can remember being thoroughly impressed. Immediate from check-in, great first impression when the friendly front desk clerk gave us each a bottle of water. Ordered room service for dinner, the food was amazing! The presentation was just impressive. We requested a comforter for the sofa bed, left the hotel for the day and returned to find the bed made up with the requested comforter. Completely comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, will definitely return again.
The D. Hotel was at the site of a meeting I was attending. I found it quiet, clean, and a nice little nest of quiet for my business visit. The adjacent restaurant is really delicious and was packed on the Tuesday night I was there (in a good way). Delicious food, good prices. Nothing.
They know how to run a hotel! The service was fantastic and amenities were nice. We had our wedding reception and the Delaney House next door and stayed in the hotel then, too. It is the way you'd expect a hotel to be run. No fridge in the room. We had leftovers from dinner and needed to leave them in the car. Luckily it was in the 30's that night, so wasn't an issue, but I'd imagine summer travelers might be out of luck.
The breakfast area was nice, real plates and silverware. Pool and exercise area was nice. I arrived late, near 3 am. I had called ahead to have the pullout set up. It wasn't. After returning from my appointments about 3 the next afternoon, the room had not been cleaned. After I returned home, I discovered they had charged my credit card for the 2 nights, even through I had already paid through Kayak.

Decor was quaint yet luxurious all at once
We had our wedding at The Delaney House and stayed at The D. The staff was so amazing and helpful. We had a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we got back to our room. The elevator is terrible. We were stuck waiting to bring our stuff down for 25 min because every time the elevator stopped on our floor it was full. The fact that elevator was the slowest I've ever been in didn't help.
The gym and pool facilities were excellent. Good central location. The bathroom sink was taped up, not surprisingly the tv remote was also taped up. The curtain handle was broken.
My room was very clean and comfortable.Staff was very polite and courteous. I went for dinner in the pub and was seated and left with a menu after 27 minutes of no one coming back got up and left. The next afternoon tried again and the service was not much better. Asked for silverware and napkins and never got silverware and had to go to bar and get cocktail napkins.
Rooms were clean and well kept. Resturant down stairs was good food was descent. I found the front desk staff rude and not that personal able. The elevator from the parking garage was broken and the stair well smelled bad.
They overbooked our hotel room; unacceptable.
King size bed on top floor with a great view of the river. Clean bathroom, etc. The area is a little sketchy at times so I would advise travelers to be aware of their surroundings.
When one of my coaches got suddenly sick, the staff was so helpful in getting her her own room and when I called the desk with little to no voice the offer of tea with honey was especially sweet.
Felt like a 4 star hotel, beautiful lobby and rooms. Arcade was defunked and no one ever in the pool.

After all the hassle I was subjected to upon check in I was not happy with muc. The second room ceiling eas cracked and the ceiling pait was falling inoff in small chips. I was so exhausted that I didnt notice it till the next day. Requuested another room but was told thry were sold out. they emailed my recirpt upon check and much to my surprise the hotel had charged me for my stay even though it was prepaid. I filed dispute with American Express. I contacted Hilton and they are investigating it. The hotel was a C+ quality. But in springfield MA you have only have 3 options, the Marriot wich was a C and the Sheraton wich was also a C based on my prior stay. I reconnend never booking through Rent a Room Now.com. I also would not stay at the Hilton again. Its one step up from a motel 6.
The first thing believe it or not was the kindness of the staff very clean environment didn't feel rushed when leaving I don't like the window units for heating and air conditioning there noisy

When my mom and I arrived, we learned that we had booked a smoking room ( this was not specified on Kayak). We both have severe allergies and asked if we could change rooms. The clerk said it would be an additional $30.00. She went to the manager and the manager upgraded our room at no cost and gave us free breakfast!! The staff were do helpful and the room was beautiful!!

Close to shops and lots of restaurants, room key discounts at many of them. Comfortable bed, very friendly staff, great value for cost. Cramped kitchen for breakfast, but coffee and tea all day was excellent.

Very nice and clean room and facilities. Desk associate very rude. This is a terrible way to treat guests. And your company cannot expect to have customers return when the desk associate behaves with such an awful attitude toward the customers.
one night stay ...it was ok They did not have a restaurant on the premises and the breakfast was so busy you could hardly get near the food ,we ended up leaving and going out to breakfast..
Everything except my wife getting locked in the room when the door lock failed!!!!!!! The Door lock that Failed, trapping my wife in the room. I am a mechanical engineer, and had all the Hotel staff trying to figure out how to get my wife out of our room, they had no way to get her out. they called the manager or whoever, and I, with their permission broke down the door of the room to get her out!!!!!!, The staff was helpful but had no idea how to get her out. I let them know how to break down the door, with minimum damage. Thank god there wasn't a fire or other emergency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Friendliest staff on earth. Well designed floorplan, well decorated, excellent security, week day braeakfast to die for. Weekend breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. 'Kids Free' has attracts sports competition-minded families with money to invade each weekend, causing running the halls all night, shouting, forget pool and hot tub, unruly and unsupervised while mom and dad booze it up in the breakfast room leaving the pre-teens to disturb everyone. Many people complained.
In town for 35th reunion at EHS. Very convenient location, with supporting restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast selection as well. Priced fairly high, although it seems that most in the area were a bit higher than expected.

The room was ready when we got there, and the morning staff was very professional. Sticky bathroom floor, lack of non smoking rooms, evening staff were not accommodating.

it was clean and modern. it was in a good location near stores and restaurants. the breakfast was good. there was a variety of choices. the staff was okay. it was not worth the price they charged though. but overall it was alright wouldnt go back though.. the jacuzzi was not working the receptionist said we could use the one next door but that didnt even make sense to go in a hot jacuzzi and go out in the cold in your car to go back to your hotel. she said we at least have a kitchen that we didnt use

The breakfast and appetizers at night were good quality. Did not get the type of room that we expected. The pool was a circus and when we asked for a staff person to swing by, they did not. Lastly, room service knocked on the door at 8:30 am and then walked in when we were asleep

The hotel was fabulous. Clean, friendly and the staff very accomodating. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The only complaint I could have was the behaviour of other guests in the pool and hot tub. The hotel staff addressed the problem immediately for guest safety and resolved the issue very professionally.

stayed in suite 134. Very spacious. We had a family of 4 stayed in the hotel. The bathroom was separate from bedroom and the living room has a clean comfortable full-size sofa bed, thus make the stay with 4 people convenient and comfortable.
The hotel was on a main road near many restaurant options in a nice section near Springfield but away from the busy city. It was cleaner and more updated than I expected and a decent value. The bed was very comfortable. There is no restaurant or bar for a dinner or drink and the hotel fridge had to be unplugged because it was making noise. The manager was quick to rectify the situation.
Our room was , clean, comfortable and updated. We had a fridge, that we didn't use, but we could have! the mattresses were very comfortable. It was cold outside, but we were very comfortable. In the morning our breakfast was plentiful with many excellent choices. I love Best Western, and this one was no exception! There was nothing we didn't like
Myself and my parents made a last minute reservation here while passing through the state. The room we stayed in was so comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal! We had banana foster with eggs and bacon and we were each served a plate individually. It was impossible to get locked out because we didn't need pesky keys or cards! Everything was done through an electric lock pad and the password is your own phone number! So simple! The only downside to the room was the thin walls. Guests definitely need to use a hushed tone if discussing something private in one of these rooms.
My partner was having surgery across the street at Baystate Medical Center, and it was so nice to have a nice place to relax in and not worry about being too far away. It was clean and beautiful, and the staff was really wonderful. Homemade breakfast was amazing, and for folks who can't stick around for it, there's a breakfast bar set up that's better than what you'd find at many other places (including gluten free options). My room (Global Fusion) was cold; that was not a problem elsewhere in the inn, and they provided a space heater that solved the problem. Just a warning to others who may get cold that they may want to choose a different room.
The property was OK. The people were fantastic, some of the best attitudes I have ever encountered at a hotel. The room was shabby, the bathroom was tiny and awkward, there was dirt and grime in places it shouldn't have been, the drain on the tub wouldn't stay open and there was mold in the shower and other areas of the bathroom. Overall it was "OK" at best. The staff and their attitudes were definitely the highlight of the stay.
Price and value Boring staff
Front desk staff was great upon check in. Pool was fun ne Breakfast was sparse, when I asked the attendant he yelled into the kitchen, the cook's response was "well they'll just have to wait. " Ice machine not working so front del gave me a ziplock bag of ice but would only give one. Nickelodeon didn't work on tv (my 10 year old was disappointed). Called front desk repeatedly got no answer. Crowd of people loudly playing Pokemon go in parking lot after 10pm. Overall a horrible stay. We love Marriott extended stay & just had a lousy experience at least his location
The location. Close to restaurants and belchertown. Could have been cleaner. There was also a guest in the dining room who talked to everyone and was trying to clean up.

Large and clean rooms. Plenty of parking and very welcoming environment. The continental breakfast wasn't very appealing...we went elsewhere. Couldn't get a handicap room (we booked just hours before arriving) and the normal rooms had no grab bars in the bathroom.

Very helpful staff. Rooms are big and clean. Very convenient location - just off the interstate with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel was good but some guests were noisy (Six Flags employees?) - talking outside and knocking on each others' doors into the night.
price the room was small - not enough table room
When I booked was told no ground floor room.When I got there I rec'd the same answer but I told them I would like to bring my dog's crate inside. I was given ground floor room. thank you. The clients were a little noisy as I went in my room, but the room was well insulated against the noise.
Ryan at front desk was extremely pleasant and professional. impossible to find restaurants after dark due to the serpentine street patterns inability to select my category as a traveler: two people travelling together, none of the choices given.
The room was charged to a wrong credit card (not mine). They swiped my card and then I was billed again at a much lower rate. They corrected it.( I paid $53.39 RR billed me 42.01) It was pending on my credit card and after I called Red Roof I was told that it had been canceled.
