9.3 Wonderful
Pros:I travel extensively for work and am quite used to the drudgery of poor equipment and exhausted flight attendants. But, not so with Hawaiian Airlines. From the new A330 airplane to the gentleness of the staff, what a pleasant surprise. I was expecting to board a bucket of bolts and anticipated the customer experience to be sub par just because I didn't think they had the volume to merit the equipment and properly trained personnel. Boy, I couldn't have been more wrong. That airplane was a Cadillac in the air and the flight attendants were genuinely kind. Well done Hawaiian Airlines. Well done.

Pros:The only reason I gave a “good” rating for this flight is because the crew & staff were courteous and patient, given the chaos.
Cons:A lot happened. First system was down in SJC so it delayed boarding. Also passengers without seat assigned (and for some reason there were a lot of us) had to wait until all other passengers boarded before seats were assigned. Then in HNL we had to wait over 30 minutes before baggage came out.

Pros:Flight crew friendly and helpful.
Cons:Tiny, uncomfortable seating, many screaming children in a very small area and nearly everything on Hawaiian Airlines costs lots of money. Not worth the high ticket price by any means.

Pros:2-4-2 seating was good with 2 window seats and four aisle seats in each row. Only 2 undesirable seats per row. The meal was a pleasant surprise.
Cons:Stingy with the wine at only one glass with the meal, and that glass not full.

Cons:I had to wait 3 hours for my interisland flight. That wasn't cool. But otherwise it was great

Cons:No WiFi..No staff assistance at checkin...Honolulu lobby was a disaster with people and luggage making movement difficult..Check-in was self service and messy..Needed a wheel chair to get to gate and Hawaiian could not provide..Hawaiian will be my last choice to fly with on future trips..
