Cons: "If alcohol is served on a short flight I recommend getting through drink service faster. I did not appreciate getting my beer at the end (because I was at the back of the plane) and 5 minutes later the crew asking for it back because we were landing soon."

Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "Basic fare: no reserved seats, only personal item. Like United (but not Alaska/Delta) require desk check-in at airport!! No online check-in/mobile boarding pass, and *limited agent hours* Lame. Buy-up reserved seat (fee) Stupid policy for passengers, extra work for staff."

Cons: "There were 2 of us traveling. Both of the flights had huge additional costs. We paid an additional $250., for the flight !! It was $120., for the luggage (I could understand this) however, the additional $130., was an absolute joke ... what a ripoff !! It’s like Spirit now"

Cons: "They switched my seat last minute because the accidentally charged me for bags that didn’t get checked and had to re-check me in. The woman in the seat in front of me was practically sitting in my lap, which I couldn’t help unless someone surgically removed part of my legs. My knees were smashed against her recliner seat for the full three hour flight. I was moved from a window seat mid cabin to a seat surrounded by children under the age of six. No chance at rest. Made me lug bagged to oversized drop off only to be told that my gear wasn’t actually oversized and I had to lug it all back and stand in line for bag drop off again. This was a bad time."
The employees at the check-in counter said my disabled wife and I were going to be separated even though we picked seating together when we bought our tickets. They told us my wife would be seated in row 2 and I would be in row 8, because we bought our tickets from a third party. Fortunately the flight crew said: "No, you two need to be together, we'll fix this." Then they seated us together. We are 75 years old and flying is a challenge for us, so we appreciate all the help we can get. Your flight crew was awesome with us, and with the children on our flight as well. Thank You Allegent Air Lines! 🙂
I went to lower my tray table and it was very nasty. Looks like some one had left some food on it and then just closed it up.

Finally after a long hold over the phone I reached an agent who explained the system was updating. Bad set up. Could have been communicated!"
