ACE rental cancelled...no pickup serviceCons:Usually when the rental company states that they are off airport, there is a statement that there is no shuttle to their location if that's the case. Well, this rental company is so far away from the airport that it would have cost me $40 to get there by taxi. No shuttle. And when I called, they said they "could" return me to the airport when I brought the car back. I doubt that would have happened. So, from now on, I will only reserve cars from companies that are co-located at the airport or that explicitly state they have a shuttle. Lesson learned for me. I ended up renting from a company co-located at the airport, by the way. It cost me an extra $30 from my ACE rental but I saved the round trip taxi fare and the time. I had to provide ratings, by the way, in order to have my review published. I never went to ACE.Reviewed Jan 26 2017
