Drop-off was way better than pickup. He listened and was knowledgeable and professional, even though he was training a new employee. And super fast.Cons:
There was a clean sticker on the door jam and the inside looked cleaned but doubt it was sanitized (due to other behavior). The windows had a lot of spray water spots (not dried after car wash) so visibility was hampered by car lights and sunshine. Had to stop and clean them. The rental agent wanted to charge extra for listing spouse, which we questioned, and then she said oh maybe we don't. There could be more transparency on fees, insurance, charges, customer service and information. Seems shady and like trying to pad the bill tactics. Just have clear and trustworthy info spelled out. Tire tread was very low and we had rain during most of the drive. Concerning. Reserved an intermediate car and could not see anything on the display screen like Auto Android or Google maps or Waze. This is 2020! Sheesh. And we could not get a simple answer on insurance, or the benefits or things to consider or why to choose your insurance. Very strange like we should not get Hertz ins. We will not rent from Hertz again. And it was $6+ more than the online reservation amount and no reason given when we asked.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
The man on duty when I picked the car up needs customer service training. He was obnoxious and condescending. He blamed the company for multiple errors which is not impressive. In my opinion he should not deal with public But other than him, my car, the simplicity of reservations and drop off clerk were all fantastic!!! I come home twice a year. I will rent here again.10.0 Wonderful

I reserved a car two weeks before picking it up then was called the morning of to tell me there was no car available.Cons:
Do not let people book without available vehicles!!! So upsetting. My trip ended up leaving 5 hours later.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
They did not honor my reservation. They did not have a car for me. Instead they tried to sell me a more expensive rental and then demanded I get the $100/ day insurance that is supposed to be “optio. I walked away with no car. I had to take an Uber to Pittsburgh instead. It was the worst experience.Thrifty
