I made a reservation then got turned away at the counter because I wasn’t flying to or from Charlotte. I should have been told this and not able to make a reservation. The site even asked for flight info but never said anything about it being mandatory.Reviewed Aug 20 2026

It took us over 90 minutes to get a car that met our needs. The front desk agent was not very friendly, but the man that helped find us a car was very dedicated and nice to deal with through the experience. Other cars in the category would not fit our luggage other than the 1 car we requested. The front desk agent offered an upgrade to address the issue but then pulled the offer. We would have likely gotten our car a lot sooner if she honoured her initial offer.Reviewed Aug 18 2026

The only reason for giving this rating is that they couldn't arrange the car for me and no one even thought of informing this in advance. I checked out of hotel with my family and huge luggage and then when i reached their office, they told me that they couldn't arrange the same car or matching car. All they had was small cars which cannot fit my family and luggage. I was in the street and it was a mess for me and my family. I had to take an expensive option and in the end I end up paying double that what I booked with Kayak.Reviewed Aug 17 2026

They are very efficient. I check-in my car the day before, when I arrived at the airport, I just showed the barre code in my cell phone and I left in 30 seconds. To drop the car, also extremely rapid. I received the car I asked. Everything when very well.Reviewed Aug 14 2026

The first car had breaks problems and the AC didn’t function properly and in Florida you really need a working AC. We miss 3 days of fun because we had to stay home because it was dangerous to drive with my small kids in the car since they were overheating. After making me go to 2 différents locations to change it for nothing since they had no similar car in stock, they gave me a Waggoner that was old and shaking while driving on the highway. Very bad experience, I will NEVER reserve a car with Alamo again. Costumer service is total garbage.Reviewed Aug 6 2026

Staff was very friendly. Arrived while a large number of returns were happening, so had to wait a few minutes until the 'next one was ready'. Otherwise the car was great, clean, and a good value. Would continue renting from this Alamo.Reviewed Aug 5 2026
