Cons: When I picked up the car, the girl behind the counter kept answering her personal cell phone during my heck in process. It was really weird and unprofessional. Also, the car had a faint smell of cigarettes that they tried to mask. Which just made it worse.

Cons: No vans available at either site I was sent to! Did not call me until 15 min prior to pick up. Went to another site and no van either. Will not use budget nor kayak again. Rather pay a higher price to get truthfulness and integrity.
Pros: The fact that my son was going to be 25 within says of the booking and he had to pay thr under 25 fee twice is outrageous.

Unnecessary, Mandatory Gas Charge
Cons: I had to wait in a second line to have gas charge removed even though my rental contract showed that I returned car with more gas than pickup.
Pros: Rental never happened. Kayak should have taken the deposit. The ways in which I tried to pay at Budget including, cash, check, debit card were not accepted after a reservation was made with Kayak
