My rental felt overpriced — $175 for 26 hours and only used $5 worth of gas. Staff didn’t explain cost or meaning of other add ons, felt a little pushy. But I also recognize that that is their job!10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
They gave away our car. We got a deal through Kayak. I guess they did not want to honor the deal so they rented our car to someone else for twice the price. As a result I would never use Enterprise car rental or Kayak again!6.0 Okay

Pros:
Several employees at counter carried in personal conversations using curse words (unprofessional). First car had a flat tire, second car did not have full tank of gas. Enterprise off airport where I was suppose to pick up car had already closed so got car at airport. Was never informed the rate would be 300 plus dollars more per month.Cons:
With regards to reservation, should have been j formed I could turn car in next day and pick up original car offsite which was substantially lower in cost.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
Enterprise switched the pickup location due to location construction but failed to notify me. I reserved a drop off location (anchorage airport) different than the pickup location but the lady at the pickup location then tried to charge me extra (over and above my reservation amount) to drop off at the airport which was shown on my reservation.. I ignored her "upcharge threats" and dropped off per my reservation details anyway. I will not rent from Enterprise in Anchorage again, it was not a pleasant experience8.0 Very good

Pros:
Easy pick up and return.Cons:
Avis cars had decals in back window identifying them as rental. In Anchorage, police target rental cars for tickets knowing that most are out of state and can not afford the time or money to return to contest the alleged violation. Easy money and they set up traps. I was given a ticket for running a stop light. Police had spotter (they said) but I was stopped several blocks down the road. Heavy traffic, stop and go, etc... On returning the rental, I talked to two other renters who also got tickets. Easy money for the city. I also saw a drug deal in a hotel parking lot. No police around. Guess they were looking for traffic 'violators' in rental cars. First and last visit to Alaska and these are the two most memorable moments.8.0 Very good

Cost was too high. I didn't get the car I wanted because of the reservation mix-up on Kayak. My card was charged over $800.00 for an estimated cost of just over $400.00.Cons:

Staff was understanding and helpful. We had some issues with the car in the first 4 days and came by ANC with it on 9/10. None serious enough to exchange the car, but we did receive a fair adjustment on our final invoice...Cons:
