Cons: They did not start cleaning the car until after we finished the rental paperwork.
Quick and Easy
Pros: Convenient location. Quick and Easy to pick up and return. Car ran very well. Polite staff.
Cons: All of the seats had stains and the cigarette lighters didn't work so we couldn't charge our phones. When we turned in the car we told the lady at the desk that the car probably needed a fuse replaced because the lighters didn't work. She said, "OK, we won't charge you for that". Charge us???
Pros: good mileage
Cons: At dropoff in Los vegas, they tried to overcharge me even though I had a written receipt from pick up. They wouldn't call pickup location to confirm my receipt until I made a fuss. Wouldn't apologize for the false overcharge, just said the computer made a mistake. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!
Pros: Great place to rent -- very personable and easygoing staff. No problems at all.
Cons: Cheating on gas (tank not really full when picking up the car)

Cons: Did not help me with the obvious booking error.
Pros: Not much to like about the experience other than they had a car.
Cons: They claimed not to have the car I reserved despite there being many other cars if that type on the lot. The car I got had little luggage room, was dirty inside, had many stains, the ventilation smelled of mold, there was wheel bearing noise.
Avoid this site like the plague, you have been warned!
