We did not rent from the Passdena location. Our reservation was changed to League City, TX. They were amazing from the beginning to the end. They were so helpful and accommodating. Best customer service that I've seen in a long time!!9.2 Excellent

The employees at this Deer Park, Tx office are great! Very courteous and knowledgeable about their company.Cons:
The Truck I had rented was not satisfactory! Fuel Sensor light kept coming on and saying failed, meaning fuel tank showed empty most of the time I was driving this truck.5.6 Okay

When I got there they told me my reservation was for a different time when I had confirmed the right time in the morning. If I wouldn't have insisted they were ok with just saying there was nothing they could do after I had booked my reservation with enough time.2.0 Mediocre
