It could have been better for the company, Enterprise, to have the cars that they are going to lease. It was a bad experience overall having someone call two hours before the car pick up to tell you that they don't know when they are going to have a car for you. No one was in the office when we arrived and after waiting awhile we called by phone which finally brought out a man from the back who was busy reading his phone and didn't acknowledge us. We thought he might be another customer until he was joined by a young woman, who took care of our reservation. We were also charged an additional $40 for picking up the car before noon. I didn't feel like arguing the point but all of this might make me reconsider who I use next time.10.0 Wonderful

I requested rental from Miami International airport, only to find out on arriving that the rental was from Hiahleah. Had to pay cab $60 to pick up rental.
