Pros:Great customer service
Cons:I informed i was picking the car up at 6pm when i booked and neither kayak or hertz website informed me the location would be closing at 6.... i got there a little sfter 6 and could not get the car. I ended up having an additional cost of over $50 on three taxis because of thid. One from the airport to the location, then another one to my house and finally one the next morning going to the rental location to pick up the car. This is unacceptable. Kayak should inform the customers that pick up at the same time the store closes should not be allowed. Next time i will book dorectly with the rental company and bypass Kayak
Also finger weg!
Cons:The customer care Car’s internal odor Wait time I was told that the vehicle had a half of tank of Gad when in fact it was less I was late to my meeting because of the delays
Pros:Everything was very good
Pros:Overall i liked the car. The mileage per gallon was great, and i liked the blue tooth feature that connected to my phone.
Cons:They didnt wash the outside of the car before they gave it to me, and the trunk was a little rusted.

Cons:It could have been better for the company, Enterprise, to have the cars that they are going to lease. It was a bad experience overall having someone call two hours before the car pick up to tell you that they don't know when they are going to have a car for you. Exteremely unprofessional.
Pros:Kind staff, good price
