Rental coat was more than anticipated
Pros: Staff was friendly. Vehicle was clean and functioned well.
Cons: Reserved a compact and got an suv so fuel cost was higher. There was a mileage charge added to the charge quoted on Kayak. Location understaffed on pickup.

No car
Cons: The fact that I spent money on a taxi to get to the place where I booked my car and they didn't have any cars. So I spent 60 bucks going there and then somewhere else and got zero cars out of it
