Pros:
That Hertz was willing to work with me, even though I rented through a hotel. I will never rent through a hotel because they have cars that need an oil change, incorrectly write down mileage on the odometer. Kevin F and Jack P took care of me and made me want to work with Hertz next summer when I will be back for another 6 weeks.Cons:
I did not know that the cars rented from a hotel are the second string. Cars that were in wrecks, but repairable. And the help that staffed these places, were unorganized and at times did not answer the phone. I will always rent from an airport because you get what you pay for.6.4 Okay

Pros:
Car was clean and drove well. Didn't have any issues there.Cons:
The customer service agent left something to be desired. I found myself multiple times just standing there waiting for direction. He was very nice but failed to communicate what I needed to do (sign the receipt, provide ID and card, etc.). It wasn't too bad but made me feel awkward.5.2 Fair

Pros:
Pick up location was an hour Uber ride from Honolulu Airport. I thought we were booking at HNL. That’s what I booked for on price line. I believe it was their error. The district manager allowed me to return at the airport so that was great.5 locations in Kailua

Pros:
Staff at both the desk and up in the rental garage were awesome. We received an amazing upgrade which enhanced our day's driving experience!Cons:
The car's service light went on for Oil Chage almost immediately after we left with the car and by the time we returned in the afternoon the Add Engine Oil light was on, so while it didn't really impact our drive, I was a little worried by the time we got back.10.0 Wonderful
