Enterprise was fine; Kayak was misleading at best.Enterprise was fine. Kayak was misleading. We ended up spending $75 in taxi fare getting to the Enterprise rental facility when what I booked was an ORLANDO AIRPORT pickup. Not Orlando city somewhere pickup. Super frustrating and had I known this, I would not have rented through Kayak. AND, six other people that very day complained to Enterprise about the exact same situation.

Able to get us a rental last minute. Did have a long line of customers waiting.Said no to the insurance and the agent even repeated it back that I didn’t want it but was still charged 29.99 a day for it.

Reservations mean nothing at Enterprise. I reserved a standard car and when I arrived I was told they didn't have any standard size cars available. They would have to put me in a Jeep Compass at my cost ($130 more for the week). After 1 hour of waiting and talking with employees they put me in a smaller car (Corolla) for the same price. I reached out via FB to Enterprise and was told someone would review this and get in touch. Nope, nothing. Will not rent from Enterprise again.

Good Car, Poor Service- This enterprise was unwilling to pick us up at our location even though we were only around 8 miles away. - The employee did not communicate any information more than she had to. The reservation was in my name, but my boyfriend was going to be the only driver. Since it was on my card, she would not let him be the only driver. We had to pay an additional fee for a second driver even though I was not going to be driving the vehicle. We mentioned this to her and she did not seem to care and said the card had already been run. - We received a vehicle with a tank "slightly under full". It is difficult to know exactly how much gas was in the vehicle upon return.

I needed to rent a cargo van to transport a large oil painting while in Florida for my step-mother's memorial service. The airport would not get me one, only the 8-seater, and the pick-up trucks had too short of a bed, etc. I had to take a cab(Lyft) to this car dealership, SunState Ford), in northern Orlando, where they had cargo vans. Carlos, the Hertz manager there, was fabulous! The whole experience was smooth, relaxed, he looked-out for me with a value perk discount on the damage insurance, and I was very happy with the experience!

I booked a compact car, but they gave me a cargo van and boxed me into the insurance. Cargo vans cannot be dropped off at the airport. I was told I could freely exchange it at an offsite hertz location. When I went to exchange the cargo van, I was hit with a bunch of exchange fees and they refused to get rid of the insurance I didn't want. Overall, this cost me 3 times estimate. I started at the airport Hertz as it was not clear where to go. Waited over an hour to be told to go somewhere else. That site did not have any cars, I ended up with a truck that was not clean, smelled like smoke. Not comfortable to drive as I am short and seat height did not adjust.

Hector from the airport who helped us resolve our problem.The hertz where I was sent to pick up my car was closed. I paid $60 in Uber rides and had multiple people tell me they weren’t going to help me because they weren’t responsible for the issue. The issue they speak of is their own store was closed !

The location was hidden behind a body shop and inside there it was a single room off to the corner. Not easy to find and it was over 30 mins from the airport, if you don't hit too much traffic.Location and the price was so much higher than we have been paying. Shortage of inventory and high demand isjgjgjggg I get it. But the prices.

Absolutely nothing. They gave my rental car away to someone else. It fucked my vacation over.They could have kept my car that I paid for in full in advance. They didn't have another car big enough for my family so we had to pay for uber XL's everywhere.

Never got the car the price reserved was not the pick up priceWhen I went to pick up the car my reservation was for $131 and my price to pick up the car was almost $400. I couldn't get the car. They couldn't adjust the price or honor my reservation. I left without the car.

NothingThe site lists a bunch of times for pick up after the location is closed and doesn't indicate this until after the reservation is made. When I called budget about the issue, they had the attitude that I was a problem, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I had to take an Uber in pouring rain to get to budget just to find they were closed which resulted in me having to pay for my ride both ways unnecessarily. The agent I spoke to was pretty nonchalant about the whole ordeal which I found rude.

Problem with nsuranceThe service at budget was good. The car was fineI have chosen to take additional insurance that was offered by kayak. The details of the policy were not disclosed before the actual payment. Only after Renting the car I found out that the coverage was rediculous. As a result I returned the car earlier than planned.

EXTRA CHARGESA bunch of extra charges that were added , my bill initially with taxes included was $67.00 for one day, when I turned in with full tank and clean, my final bill was $97, I can't believe they add other 20 different fees.

Beware Budget in Florida. Bait and switch tacticsBudget ran a promotion on the Lincoln MKZ so I bit. I felt suckerd by being taken for the old bait and switch.The people were honest when queried about the situation. But it took me calling to supervisors and different locations to confirm what i had suspected. A huge case of over booking, Budget had 400 cars for 2,400 rental car rental reservations. And no reasonable same class substitutes available at the time of promised delivery.I got a call the night before saying the car I reserved a Lincoln MKZ (luxury class) was not available. I asked if they had a reasonable substitute, Budget said they could give me another car of my choice if I came into the pickup location. When I arrived the closest thing they had was a full size car but and i would have to go to another location 30 minutes away to swap cars. Since I was short on time i asked what else they had available. The agent gave a choice between a compact, mid sized SUV and a pickup which was all he had on the lotI.I took the pick up because of the room i needed for luggage and passengers. But i had to help him wash it so i could leave right away. I wasted two hours with the bait and switch debacle. I asked for a discount gave me a $48 discount for a 9 day rental. I wont be renting from Budget again.

I was given a better car than I had signed up for, so that was cool, plus a 10% discount for no reason.The employee was over an hour and 15 minutes late. There were customers flipping out and at one point when they called the specific number to the location we were picking up at they were told it was closed on Sunday and to go to the airport to get a car. Then, out of the blue the employee walks in, and then acted like it was no big deal. It was very unprofessional of that specific location. That was my main issue. Plus after all was said and done it was $120 more than I had been told in my Kayak bill.
