Cons:I made a reservation and paid $25 (both ways!) to travel by Uber from airport ATL to the off-airport store. Enterprise had no cars that day and may have some the next day and advised I could wait. They took my reservation and wanted me to wait after taking and confirming my reservation? Are you kidding. I would like a refund of the $50 it took to travel round trip from ATL. Until I develop Alzheimer's and forget this incident, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Never! Ever!
Cons:My reservation was put in months in adavance after arriving to this location and on my pick up date this location was permanently closed no one reached out
Pros:We had to wait 30 min for our car to be ready, despite having a reservation.
Cons:We had to pay over $90 just to rent a car for 24 hours - not a great value.

Cons:Rented the car three days before pick up. As I’m driving to the location to pick up the location calls me to tell me they have no cars today, and none are scheduled to come in. Sorry. I asked them to find me another location that has cars, said they are all out. So I’m to believe the entire city of Atlana all decide to rent cars from every Enterprise branch on a random Saturday? My Uber driver overhearing my conversation says he’s knows another location nearby, we drive there. I call enterprise’s 800 number and have my reservation transferred there and I’m in an upgraded pick up truck within 30 minutes. So..... thanks Uber. And while they were out of compacts they gave me a pick up at same price. Sounds like a deal but the gas mileage was half. Nice truck though. This second location was 10 minutes away from the original one. Clearly the employee at the Jonesboro location was too lazy or not willing to help me find another car. I did it myself in 5 minutes. Boo, Enterprise.

Cons:Could have fulfilled the promise of a reserved car, any car would have been helpful. Customer service would have been helpful if they tried to get me another car from another location, took me to my destination, or rebooked me on a competitor.
Cons:I have never paid that much for a one day rental. When I questioned the price. I was told rental cars were sold off doing COVID. Now its just not alot of cars available. Supply and Demand!
Pros:I didn't like anything because there weren't any vehicles to rent even though I made a reservation. I had to go to another company and find a vehicle to rent and pay double because I was a walk in.

You could have called, text, or emailed ahead of time to let us know that there aren't any vehicles to rent don't come and/or gave a credit for the inconvenience. We drove 45 min to an hour to get to this location.
Pros:The staff was really helpful and nice! Will definitely rent a car from this location again
Cons:The car had a glitches going on with CarPlay.
