All the employees were GREAT!
Pros: I interacted with three employees and all were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: No one told me I couldn't return the car to the place I dropped it off so I was confused when I arrived and was told to take the car to the airport. Not a huge deal but...

Pros: The friendly staff and manger at the 98th location in Oakland.
Cons: No one picks up a phone call or returns a call.

Terrible service
Pros: Ordered a car at the airport and the rental site was located off site
Cons: Nothing. I cancel the rental and went direct to the rental car company.

Pros: Guys were professional and quick, and the car was in a very good condition.
Cons: The office was closing at 6 pm, so I had to run for pickup and speed for dropoff :) Though, to be fair, the ladies and gentlemen in the office were willing to stay a few minutes after.

Courteous staff, car was in great condition.
Pros: Courteous staff, car was in great condition.
Cons: Long wait to get car because there were so many customers, but a shortage of people at the counter. The employees who were there were extremely helpful and polite.
