Customer Service on Phone okay, everything else sa
Pros: Best rate out of everyone. I needed a mini van at the last minute. Van was clean, shiny and brand new. On time. Counter was easy to work with. I picked it up at a site not at the airport. Discount for prepay rental. About $13 dollars less than posted online.
Cons: Customer service on the phone was confusing. I called at night and it sounded like I was talking to someone from the phillipines and she was going off of a script. I had to ask her to repeat what she said. Having worked in call center I get what it's like so I cut her some slack but they should drop their script to be more engaged with the customer. After prepaying the rental at a discount, the lady transferred me to someone else probably also from. Phillipines selling vacation plans. "Congratulations you won" The guy was friendly with accent, he made a good conversation with me. I didn't want to purchase anything or looking to book a vacation so he was cool with it but hung up abruptly.

Cons: I reserved a van weeks in advance of a family trip out of town. On the day I was to pick up the van I called to confirm the reservation. The reservation was indeed confirmed. However, when I went to the rental office several hours later at the pick up time I was met with "we are completely out of cars. There is nothing I can do for you."
Totally unacceptable! A courtesy call earlier in the afternoon would have been a step in the right direction. I will never rent with Budget again.

Pros: Nothing was good.
Cons: Did not have the car we reserved. We reserved a convertible, and then offered a different car. If I had wanted that car, I would have reserved that car. Was given the run around by multiple employees. Was told the car was at the airport location instead, but when we got there it was not there, and the reservation that we were told would be made did not exist. Ended up canceling the whole thing. Very frustrating experience and I will never use Budget again.

Cons: I ended up cancelling my car rental after the tire fell off the rental car a few miles away from pickup. They were unable to get me a replacement car because they couldn't release a new one to me until they collected the damaged one, and they could not find where they had towed their car to. It was a nightmare.

Van was dirty
Pros: Manager gave me a 10% discount for me washing his windows.
Cons: Van interior and windows were dirty, candy and sticky residue.
Cons: I chose a satellite office because I had transportation from the airport and it was walking distance from my lodging. When I arrived they didn't have a ca for me and they told me it was because I was late. Since I really didn't need it until the next day I offered to come back in the morning and we agreed on 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 because I didn't want to be late. They didn't have a car for me and said one was on the way if I could come back in an hour or so. I had breakfast and came back and still no car. I then vented a bit and cancelled my reservation and chose another rental car company.

Pros: From the beginning to the end these folks rocked. Because our orignal was not quite yet ready when we arrived, we recieved an upgrade free. The car we got was perfect. We put on some serious miles and never once had a problem. When we arrived early to return our car on of the guys happily called a taxi for us on his personal phone. No hiďden charges and no hard sell for insurance and extras. Great place. Save yourself a bunch of money and take a taxi from the airport to this location.
