If I reserve a sub-compact or economy car, then that is what I want and expect --- and not to to be 'up-sized' to a bigger car - regardless of rate. Valuable vacation time was wasted on this issue. Honor the reservation !10.0 Wonderful

I unknowingly reserved a rental at another Avis center approx 10 miles away and when I got off the plane the airport Avis would not honor the same price and they could not come close to what I was quoted9.6 Wonderful
