I called to confirm my reservation and that the van was available 48 hours before then 24 hours later they called and said they were cancelling the reservation because they needed the 15 passenger vans for the F1 race at COTA. It was disappointing I made a reservation, confirmed it then was told they gave the van to the highest bidder, capitalism. I had reserved the van for an amusement park trip for 11 teenagers. I had to scramble 24 hours before to find an additional driver and 2 cars that could accommodate 13 people.Reviewed Oct 23 2025
