I haven’t good experience for rent car with hertz and dollar I reserved one suv car for 394 dollar Canada but they charge me 1650 Canadian dollars They told me must be insurance that price was 1250 dollars but I have credit card for coverage insurance but they said must be purchased insurance I arrived in Cancun Mexico 25 December 2025 and that day was very busy and haven’t any choose That was froudReviewed Jan 2 2026

Pros:Nothing was easy, I was over charged, forced to drop off a day late bc hertz/dollar service is terrible. No contact possible with any actual location, the list goes onCons:Everything!!
