Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Reserved a compact car - only pickup trucks available when I got to the location.
Friendly staff but car rental experience; not so much
Pros: The staff that assisted me were very nice and friendly.
Cons: First SUV I was given was filthy with food wrappers from prior guest and Enterprise did not clean vehicle. Second SUV given was a nice upgrade but needed immediate maintenance service while in use and was advised to either go to Firestone or put oil in car.
We will not be be using Enterprise again.
Reservations mean nothing to Enterprise Rent-a-car
Pros: Reservation process was easy and got a good price.
Cons: After reserving a Mini-Van a whole month in advance, I call the day before to confirm and Enterprise said: sorry we don’t have any to give you and no options or replacements. I was on the phone for hours waiting for them to answer, finally I called corporate customer service and submitted a formal complaint. That was more than a week ago and NO ONE from Enterprise bothered to call me back. If they do not care about customers, customers should not care about them.
If you insist on booking with Enterprise in a high season, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN.
Very disappointing.
Online Reservation Nightmare
Cons: I reserved a van two months ahead of my trip and then one day before the trip Enterprise calls me and tells me that they don't have a car to give me and their solution is that they are going to call me when they have one available. If you make a reservation online you would expect the company to hold a vehicle for you regardless of the demand. The excuse they gave me is that the holidays is very busy and they have no control of what is available. Which is absurd. If you make an online reservation, that should be enough for the vehicle to be available to you at the time of pick up.
