Did not have our car
Pros: They did not have the size car we reserved and therefore could not honor the rate. The rate they quoted was twice as much as my Kayak reservation rate. With some begging they went ahead and gave us a larger car and honored the rate "this time," but made it clear to me that a reservation through Kayakvis no guarantee that I will have a car. Therefore, I will not be using Kayak in the future. This was my first and last time.
Cons: A reservation through Kayak is no guarantee that you'll have a car.

From Chaos to a Successful Trip
Pros: I liked the fact that even though my reservation was not fully completed, the staff found a way to make something work for me. I really appreciate that. The car that i received was not the one I requested but it turned out working perfectly fine for my trip.
Cons: They didn't have the car I had made the reservation for even though the reservation was made 2 months prior.

Great experience!
Pros: Customer service was excellent. The people there answered all my questions and helped me in every way. The car we rented was in great condition too. My friends and I were really satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you Enterprise!

They paid my parking ticket!!!!
Pros: The people were very friendly and did their best to compensate for the long wait I experienced when I first picked up the car. Things that went above the call of duty to help me... 1. Gave me 10% off 2. Gas card for my next rental 3. Allowed me to return my car to the airport location, saving me an uber drive. 4. when I offhandedly mentioned I had just received a parking ticket, the lady at the counter said hand it to me and we'll take care of it. I NEVER expected that and it was so fantastic!
Cons: I got there on a busy friday afternoon and had to wait over an hour for a car to be available for me. I found some papers and such from the last driver which made me feel it wasn't thoroughly cleaned before passed on to me.
