Cons: ford is not good

They rented me a van damage in both sides.I

Cons: I was given a vehicle with big damages in both sides. I contacted Enterprise about the possibility to extend the rental, and the rep told me that I did not have to go the office for that and he quoted me a price of $ 196.00 for an additional week. I said Ok and requested an e-mail or a fax with the confirmation and then I was told that they don't provide a receipt with detail info (pricing of the rental) until you return the vehicle, to please go to their office and he will provide me with prove of payment. I drove to Enterprise office and the REAL story was that I was forfeiting the deposit and paying an additional deposit and the price was a lot higher than quoted. I return the vehicle and rented another one someplace else.

Cons: Car was not present at location. Had to delay 2 hours till another car was located. At termination of rental the clerk credited one day rental due to mishap.

Pros: The staff was super friendly in spite of the working conditions. I arrived no wifi access for pulling up account. Then I found out no car in lot. Return of car had to be done earlier than reservation since that location closed at 6. Asst Mgr was kind in trying to find some compensation though I had not asked.

Cons: Car not in lot. Was driven to another location to Pick up rental. That office was in more disarray that I've ever seen. Staff not even acknowledging customer. All in all enterprise needs to clean up its act a little bit.
